Dems really got a kick out of it when Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) said Republicans wanted Americans to “die quickly” because they would not sign on to nationalized health care.

They thought it was funny when he compared the GOP healthcare plan to the Holocaust and 9-11.
Now, the voice of the democratic party is calling female government officials “whores” who he disagrees with.
Beltway Blips
The Politico reported:
Republicans and Democrats slammed Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) for calling Linda Robertson, an adviser to Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke, a “K Street whore” in a month-old radio interview that circulated on Capitol Hill Monday night.
“There’s no call for that language. No call for it. That’s absurd. If he was standing here now, I’d say that to him,” said Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.)
“He’s out of control,” added Washington Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, who is vice chairwoman of the House Republican Conference.
The remarks are the latest to surface in a string of controversial statements by Grayson, who said on the Alex Jones radio show that he believes Robertson, a former Enron lobbyist, is not qualified to pass judgment on intricate financial matters.
It’s clear that his colleagues’ opinion of him has suffered.
…Late last month, Grayson said Republicans’ health care plans were for Americans to “die quickly.”
Grayson, who is Jewish, later earned reproach from the Anti-Defamation League for referring to the health care system as a “holocaust in America.”

Why shouldn’t he be out of control? He has never suffered any negative consequences for his outrageous behavior. The more over the top his rhetoric is, the more he is cheered on by the left. Can’t blame the guy for going with a winning formula.

The man is a clown. He got away with his wild accusations and even got the DNC money people to reward him, so he figured he would get away with it again with the DNC smileing and headnod.

Grayson should have suffered negative consequences the moment he opened his mouth. Now, they should just let him go. He is indicative of the sleaze in Washington.
Maybe he and Newt can go on tour.

Rep. Grayson has excused his words by claiming to have been an “economist”, yet he holds no advanced degree in economics, something that is generally required to call oneself an “economist”. Mr. Grayson likely worked as an “analyst”, people that actual traders often refer to as “analists”, experience has shown me that analists are often little more than pompous children with undergrad degrees, they can run down numbers for you and get you coffee but if you get your economics from the majority of undergrad degreed analists you will go broke. But they’re often quick with the coffee.

Wahhhhh, he’s saying thing like it is. He’s the true rogue politician. It is not Palin. She can’t even get speaking gigs.
Wahhhh, Grayson is a meany and he makes me pout and cry like Boehner and Beck. Sniff Sniff. Wah Wah.

Greyson thinks that no conservative has the guts to challenge him in the 2010 election. He would be gravely mistaken. There are conservatives lined up right now to take this “Bwawny Fwank” wannabee down. Greyson thinks that his money and agressiveness scares conservative challengers off. This is the first sign of arrogance and “out-of-touch-liberal attitude that will be his demise. The fact of the matter is that Greyson does not represent the great people of the Orlando area. Bruce O’Donoghue is the man that Greyson should fear. O’Donoghue is not afraid of being aggressive himself, and is a conservative that represents the conservative values of the Orlando area. Watch out Greyson, we are coming for you.

blr2449 – who are they going to get to run against him? They are actually thinking of moving two guys into the district so they can run against him.
They did polling to see who the district would most likely vote for the the GOP candidate that won against Grayson was a fictitious person.

Grayson calling himself a former “economist” is like a former nurse’s assistant describing himself as a former doctor. Of course that would be a fake former doctor. A fake former doctor who attempts diagnosis. A fake doctor who has fooled most of the Democratic Party.

He’s doing all conservatives a great favor. Let us stand out of his way.
October 27th, 2009 | 7:34 am | #19
Why is Rep. Grayson (D-Fl) so familiar with whores? Isn’t he a freshman? Has he been spending that much time with his fellow Democrats or does some teenage runaway show up at his office dressed as Mini Mouse every Thursday?

October 27th, 2009 | 7:36 am | #22
Well, I guess we can tell that Martin is one of the lunatics which make up the left.
So calling a lunatic like Grayson calling a government advisor a “whore” is “speaking truth to power” in the deranged minds of leftists like Martin.
Time to rid ourselves and Congress of these mentally ill nuts.

If it was male whore it would be GOP. I know Vitter likes them.
Grayson successfully discovered that contractors were over charging the US Gov’t over 25 billion. Don’t you like that more than being called a name? I mean, the spending!
October 27th, 2009 | 7:55 am | #25
Speaking of “whores”, Rep. Grayson’s (D-Fl) Wiki entry states that Rep Grayson (D-Fl) was the first Chairman of IDT. IDT is a telecommunications company that was involved in a kick-back scam with the Haitian dictator Aristide. Ripping off poor people can be described as a “whorish” action – welcome to Alan Grayson’s (D-Fl) resume.

He went to the Hugo Chavez School of Public Debate. This was evident in his recent description of Cheney as a vampire. Hugo used this tactic to good effect and received general applause at the U.N. by characterizing George Bush as a devil. Grayson learned well from his master.

“Grayson successfully discovered that contractors were over charging the US Gov’t over 25 billion.”
Oh, yes, Martin. Now the dems cam piss away another 1.5 trilliion. Save 25 billion and spend 1.5 trillion and THAT’S considered success in the democratic party.
Simply stunning.

Sounds like Martin just got in from a late night turning tricks.
Martin is clearly dumb enough to believe that the only politician in DC who frequents prostitutes is Sen. Vitter (R-La), that would explain Martin’s late nights out walking the streets and showing some leg.

Hussein is more concerned with partying and power than running the country but we shouldn’t be surprised, he has never held a real job in his life.
Grayson is similar. The guy wants his power in Washington to continue and like Hussein, he knows the more noise he makes the less likely people will look deeper.
These guys are whores, pure and simple.
October 27th, 2009 | 8:36 am | #34
Let them make noise and attract attention to themselves with their childish antics, slogans and name calling. It pleases the left wing and turns off the rest of the country.
October 27th, 2009 | 8:46 am | #35
I’m just saying I wouldn’t worry about him calling someone whores when he is saving us a lot of money.
The GOP just cannot take it. Thin skinned nancies that seem tough but when someone calls them out on something (not doing anything on healthcare for many years) they get all pouty.

Dems Stuck With Blog Hero Grayson
The left-wing blogosphere practically went orgasmic when Alan Grayson (D-Fla) took to the floor of the House of Representatives and announced that the Republican health care plan was for sick people to “die quickly.” Hah hah. Money and fame flooded into Grayson’s coffers and ego, respectively. Turns out Grayson may have stolen the line from a HuffPo blogger.

Calling someone a whore in politics isn’t really a sexist remark–Google “Barack Obama is a whore” and you’ll see the term is used to describe both men and women. That said, I don’t think such language is appropriate and I think Grayson should apologize.
It’s ironic, because he made the comment in support of increased oversight of the Fed, which I would think conservatives support.

At the same time that this lunatic Grayson is hailed as “telling it like it is” for calling some woman a “whore”, Joe Wilson is condemned as a monster for calling out “you lie” during a Presidential speech and then apologizing.
Of course, this latest barf puddle from Grayson is actually relatively mild for Democrats. I’m waiting for the “Sarah Palin is a c**t” T-shirts to go back on sale when Sarah’s book comes out in three weeks.

Well of course marty just loves grayson. He exemplifies every trait that marty wants his kids to grow up with. (Dinner-table conversation at marty’s house must be a hoot!)
And don’t you find it disturbing, marty, that Hoffman got $116,000 in donations the day after Palin endorsed him? Suck on it, marty.
grayson isn’t a “rogue politician”, marty. He’s just a foul-mouthed little crook (see Haitian kick-backs) who lies about his resume’. Of course you love and adore him. He’s YOUR kind of man.
