There is Hope for Hollywood after all…
Angelina Jolie “hates” Obama.

Jolie recently met with Iraqi refugees in Syria. (US Magazine)

Angelina Jolie says Obama is a socialist.
US Magazine reported:

Barack Obama does not have Angelina Jolie’s seal of approval.

“She hates him,” a source close to the U.N. goodwill ambassador, 34, tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now).

“She’s into education and rehabilitation and thinks Obama is all about welfare and handouts. She thinks Obama is really a socialist in disguise,” adds the source.

But don’t expect to see the Salt actress rally against Democrats on Fox News like her staunch Republican father, Jon Voight.

“Angie isn’t Republican, but she thinks Obama is all smoke and mirrors,” the source says.

I guess reports that she hadn’t spoken to her father in years aren’t true after all.

I’m surprised. I thought she would be the first to embrace Obama’s agenda.

Mahdi, i heard a while back that they have some sort of tentative “reconciliation” going on as Jon, a former seminarian and devout Catholic, talks to AJ about life as an accountable grown-up. Unlike most Hollyweirdos, she’s both smart and has a real conscience. Not just a PR poseur like a lot of them or high school dropouts like the rest.

He’s walking out with a copy of GQ in hand. Cover is POTUS.

Angelina is a bit more down to earth. Must be hard living with Pitt.

She still has a lot to learn before she truly gets it. She might be for education and rehabilitation, but when the federal government is the provider of those things instead of local and state, then it’s just another form of welfare and handouts, not to mention indoctrination.

I worry she might be just lobbying for the part of Dagney Taggert in the Atlas Shrugged movie that’s being tossed around.

When you have a big family, like Ms Jolie, I imagine personal responsibility becomes real important real fast. She’s also travelled the world enough to appreciate how special traditional American freedoms and values are.
I’d like to see the lefties try to paint a Mom with African and Asian children as racist. . .

Just because she agrees with one thing (my opinion of obama)does not make her worth listening to. Reading about her past life and her present activities…..she is a bit of a loon.

Never liked her before, but this I like. She’s not a Hollyweird trend follower. Good for her.

Now, if she’ll get rid of snake Pitt…

The thing is that nowadays the “revolutionaries” are the conservatives and the radical leftists loons are the “establishment”.

Hmm..I don’t know if I believe this. I would believe words out of her mouth than some “source.” And since when have we looked to celebs for their opinions? True, she is an ambassador but it really is a loose term.

Angelina may be far from a conservative role model, but she has said things in the past that were surprisingly reasonable–e.g. about the good our military was doing in Iraq. Maybe her dad’s thinking has been an influence, but it also appears that she thinks for herself without worrying about how the whole Hollywood/left media crowd will respond. She seems to have substance.

If Angelina Jolie is truthfully coming around to the conservative way of thinking, then lucky for her. She is going to have to consistently do more to convince me that she is not a typical Hollywood liberal, before I trust that she understands common sense, like her father does. It is ironic that so many Hollywood stars become rich, by so many people in middle America paying $10 per movie ticket to watch their movies. Many of these same Hollywood stars take that money, laugh all the way to the bank, while belittling middle America, and propping up the very Liberal agendas and politicians that are stealing the American dream from the rest of us.

When I saw Matt Damon cut down Sarah Palin in the last election, I find it hard paying to make him rich. I think it is hard for many Hollywood liberals to understand how bad the economy is, and how hard it is to live the American dream, when the masses of little people are bankrolling their American dream, all the while these liberal Hollywood stars help to bankroll the very liberal candidates and policies that steal the American dream from the rest of us. Isn’t it obvious that these liberals in Hollywood are not in touch with reality?

This is a story from a tabloid US Weekly. I find it hard to believe she ,as a UN ambassador ,who often talks about the need for everyone to help refugees financially. She did an interview with Ann Curry about how US government should provide money to refugees. She also said in interview that she supports same sex marriage. I know she is pro death penalty but that doesn’t make her a Republican. On Larry King she said she is a registered Independent.

If the United States was divided up into two sections, east of the mississippi, and west of the mississippi…and all the liberals and their policies were on one side, and all the conservatives and their policies were on the other side….which side to you think all the so-called liberals would really want to live on???

There would be no military to protect the people on the liberal side…because liberals don’t believe in the military, and the violence of war. Make love and not war…and everyone will just get along.

All the liberal feminist women would EVENTUALLY have to wear hijabs and burkhas, to comply with islamic sharia laws, in the name of tolerance.

There would be no rich, liberal, Hollywood stars, because liberals do not believe in capitalism…they think Castro and Che are cool.

The liberals would not have the masses of productive citizens to take their money and protections from. They would have no guns.

If I had my choice, I would take the gun toting, pro-military, pro-capitalism, God fearing Christians, any day of the week.

Isn’t it great to live in a country where we don’t all have to agree!! The beauty of freedom is to believe how you want to and live your life, within the bounds of the law, according to your beliefs. What Angelina believes and how she came to that belief is her business, and don’t ever discount tabloid news. I know John Edwards won’t!!

Why are there Iraqi refugees in Syria? Did they excape the sectarian violence that broke out there after Bush toppled Saddam and had no plan to stop the violence in the aftermath?

Why are there Iraqi refugees in Syria?
    ************************************

Prove that there are still any Iraqi “refugees” in Syria.
And, if there are Iraqi “refugees” in Syria, prove that they left when the war started – and prove that they haven’t remained in Syria by choice, rather than return to Iraq.

And not some anecdotal BS from the nyt, either. Real proof, chrissy.

Remember, data is not the plural of anecdote.

Pathetic salad tossers. I wonder who ties their shoes for them?

She had better be careful. She might never work in Hollywood again.
This could also cause a marital rift as Brad is a commited hater of conservative values.

Not just a pretty face – a smart one too.

I know for a fact that most of Hollywood thinks the way she does. The difference – she has the courage to speak up.

I am glad she inherited some wisdom from her dad.
