Andrew Breitbart sent out a warning to democrats last night.
He warned Attorney General Eric Holder on Hannity that there were more ACORN tapes and they will be released before the election in 2010.
Big Government has the transcript.
Breitbart: There’s a lot of hypocrisy and the dust has settled for ACORN and at the end of the day they’ve recognized that Eric Holder, the Attorney General, has not initiated an investigation into ACORN after we now have seven tapes. There were five initially that came out, ACORN was defunded by the Senate, was defunded by the House, lost it’s link to the Census; while all that damage occurred, Congress didn’t come in to investigate them, obviously not the Attorney General’s office, and they’ve now realized let’s get back into business because they realized that the dust settled and they were not being investigated, it was Hannah, James, and me who were being investigated, that’s why we’ve been forced to offer this latest tape.
Hannity: Are you saying, Andrew, that there are more tapes?
Breitbart: Oh my goodness there are! Not only are there more tapes, it’s not just ACORN. And this message is to Attorney General Holder: I want you to know that we have more tapes, it’s not just ACORN, and we’re going to hold out until the next election cycle, or else if you want to do a clean investigation, we will give you the rest of what we have, we will comply with you, we will give you the documentation we have from countless ACORN whistleblowers who want to come forward but are fearful of this organization and the retribution that they fear that this is a dangerous organization. So if you get into an investigation, we will give you the tapes; if you don’t give us the tapes, we will revisit these tapes come election time.
Hannity: This is a blockbuster, what you’re saying here.

Let me tell you, I saw Mr. Breitbart on Hannity last night and his intensity makes an otherwise plain man very attractive. Hold out, Breitbart. Don’t negotiate with Holder. He needs to do his job, period. You just stick it to him, ACORN, SEIU, and this incompetent administration with everything you’ve got. For Christmas I’m donating to your defense fund. This country is currently run by corrupt, incompetent cowards. And I’m holding back even now.

Jerry the Fairy, Holder, Obozo, and the entire democorrupt organization doesn’t care if ACORN are exposed. FAR be it from me to tell Breitbart how to proceed, but he should consider at least one full page ad in the New York Times, LA Times and Washington Post saying exactly this threat.
Because if Holder et all decides to dig in their heels and call that (non)bluff, when the tapes finally do come out, the entire spin will be “what an obvious and blatant attempt to muddy the electoral waters with these two year old tapes, it just goes to show how desperate the Republicans are, blah blah blah.” Believe me, those press releases have already been written.
But what if they were responded to with people holding up those year old ads on TV, re-publishing them with a big bold title, “published one year ago”, and hammering the point home that, yes, they are timed for the election….because your leaders in law enforcement categorically refused to enforce the laws one year ago because it was not in the Democrat’s politcal interests to do so.
I’d like to see this, because this scenario is the spin that is coming down the pike, it has already been written, and it will be at least 50% effective.
That being said, I think I will let Breitbart continue as he sees fit…. lol.

The very fact that we’re all thinking that Breitbart and company are in danger is a sign that we need to be thinking in terms of what we can do to make life harder for our overlord-wannabes. Someone on another site pointed out that Marxists like the bunch we’re stuck with for the moment are very paranoid, so maybe we should be doing things on multiple fronts to inflame their paranoia against one another. Give Marxist X reason to believe that Marxist Y is conspiring against him. Make them throw one another under the bus. Make them fight one another, and maybe they’ll have less energy to fight the rest of us.

Holder might, indeed, *say* that he was going to start an investigation; and one might even begin – but that’s as far as it will ever go under this cabal that is running Washington now.
For one reason or another, any investigation will go nowhere, while looking like it’s actually proceeding.
Strangely enough, tapes will disappear. Or become unviewable. And witnesses will disappear or “commit suicide”.
There is nothing I wouldn’t put past this mob that’s in charge for now.
Perhaps Breitbart & Co. should just start in January and release a new tape every 1-2 weeks (however many there are); and continue all year, with a grand finale a week or so before the election. Then just wait for a new congress to start an investigation on their own. Nothing’s going to be done until obama is o-u-t; and a new, Conservative president is in office.
No matter what holden or obama say, any promised investigation is dead before it’s even born.
