Jim Hoft

The Hill reported:

Democratic leaders believe they have the votes to pass their historic, $1 trillion healthcare plan Saturday night, Democratic sources said.

“We have the votes,” said a senior Democratic aide.

Though leaders feel comfortable, the margin is narrow. Aides said leaders are confident they have the 218 votes they need, but at the very least they want to find a 219th vote so that no one member can be considered the decisive vote.

yes they can, and they will, it’s essential to part one that was passed under the radar back in February to complete the governments take-over plan..

Apparently mmost idiots in congress have not, but No man has given much analysis and thought to the deleterious effects this massive, ruinous decontsruction will have on employment, economic growth and the quality and quantity of supplied health care in America.

No man thinks we are screwed.

Didn’t they slip cap and tax through on the sly? This whole healthcare thing is just smoke screen for the real take over.

It still remains to be seen, but with the Stupak amendment passing, I would assume that the bill will, too.

That said, it still doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting cloture in the Senate – and a bunch of so-called pro-life Democrat representatives just signed their political death warrants.

care bill (so far the Yeas have a slight lead)..

“they cannot afford not to pass
the bill”.. tell me about it, gah!!

and i’ll be (fitb), they’re still telling US “we want it”.. gah!!

Look at the positive side of passage. We will have specific language in the bill that can be used to hang every Democrat from conservative districts. They won’t be able to say, “well, we don’t have the actual bill yet” as they have said for months. Nope. This is the bill. These are the taxes you voted for. These are the provisions that will lead to rationing, cuts in Medicare service and the rest. You didn’t kill the bill. Now we’re going to kill your career.

And as all the specifics become more well known over the next several weeks, the Senate will run for cover. The whole process can be stopped there. And the Blue Dogs will have walked the plank for no good reason. So, I’m counting this as a win tonight.

And if the GOP can win in deep blue New Jersey as it did this week, then let’s go for taking away 100 Democrat seats in the House next November.

    bg–

you asked about two parts to the bill. i wonder if you are referring to the fact that there are two bills somewhat interlinked. one is the 2000 page Pelosicare boondoggle. the other is a bill meant to increase medicare payments to physicians like myself in order to maintain the fiction that physicians by and large support this massive piece of s—. i for one do not support the medicare increase since i believe that program is unsustainable as is, let alone with extra financial bones thrown to physicians like dogs to increase our dependency on something that will ultimately blow up in everyone’s face.

The GOP won in New Jersey before this was jammed down our throats. From here on out we’re going to see a level of determination and commitment in the electorate that we’ve never experienced in our lifetimes.

We didn’t see the end of anything tonight. We saw the beginning of something.

don’t rightly know Brian, but i’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.. what still
concerns nme is what else was passed back in February that will be “kicking
in” up the road.. “THEY DIDN’T READ THE BILL” aka: Stimulus Package!!

    LIARS!!

they just don’t want “we the people”
knowing what they have in store for
    US..

this was the begining of something, something that has been in the making for decades., THE NEW WORLD ORDER aka: GRASSHOPPERS & ANTS..

    just a sample:

ht Ann in a previous thread..

    AL GORE, THE UNITED NATIONS,
AND THE CULT OF GAIA (1999)

[This decidedly unscientific, even bizarre, view of the environment appears to be driving U.S. and U.N. environmental policies, including locking up or restricting development on huge areas of U.S. lands, and making it more expensive to produce or use our natural resources. Science, technology and industrial development are regarded as anathema to the followers of the Gaia philosophy.]

    much more @ link..

    other sample’s:

Soros & Strong are behind the power grab for the
New World Order under the auspices of the UN..

Eco-economic Warfare and the Planned Collapse of Western Civilization

[At the UN, Strong would go on to become Director of the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP), Senior Advisor to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, and Chairman of the Earth Council. He would also become Chairman of the World Resources Institute, Co-Chairman of the Council of the World Economic Forum, and a member of Toyota's International Advisory Board. Strong's most influential role to date, however, has been as the Secretary-General of the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED -- aka the Earth Summit) in Rio de Janeiro. It was this conference that gave birth to the Earth Charter and Agenda 21, which would lay the groundwork for a completely managed global society run and managed under the auspices of the UN, under the guise of saving the environment.

It is people such as Maurice Strong, Mikhail Gorbachev, Al Gore, and Ted Turner that are at the forefront of the UN's environmental/depopulation agenda, at least at the visible/gofer level. The four are also members of, or have close connections to the Club of Rome. It is the Club of Rome that has been guiding the environmental movement since its creation at the Rockefellers' estate in Bellagio, Italy in 1968. It's aim is to reduce a large majority of the global population, as well as manufacture crisis through which the world can be "united" under a one world government, as was admitted in their 1991 publication, titled The First Global Revolution.]

    Agenda 21

The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development

keep telling everyone that Obama’s “intent” is to unite church/mosque & state via “Covenant for a New America”.. establish Sharia Law, sign US sovereignty over to the auspices of the UN (Caliphate, of which he will reign supreme if he gets his way, and if allowed to, eventually will no matter what “we the people” say, as Obama is certainly not alone in this obviously long time in the making endeavor, he is the ONE the powers that be chose to do the “transitioning”)..

Obama Poised to Cede US Sovereignty in Copenhagen

the nightmare of it all is ringing truer & truer every
day.. hope we wake up before it becomes a reality..

and by the time the IsaMarxists are through
fixing the world, A Global Sharia Caliphate..

    Obama to Orwell..

    “You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!”
