One of the communist-supporters and kooks working with Obama in the White House wants Sean Hannity and rightwing websites muzzled.
Regulatory Czar Cass Sunstein wrote this in his latest book.
World Net Daily and FOX Nation reported:
Websites should be obliged to remove “false rumors” while libel laws should be altered to make it easier to sue for spreading such “rumors,” argued Cass Sunstein, Obama’s regulatory czar.
In his recently released book, “On Rumors,” Sunstein specifically cited as a primary example of “absurd” and “hateful” remarks, reports by “right-wing websites” alleging an association between President Obama and Weatherman terrorist Bill Ayers.
He also singled out radio talker Sean Hannity for “attacking” Obama regarding the president’s “alleged associations.”
Ayers became a name in last year’s presidential campaign when it was disclosed the radical worked closely with Obama for years. Obama also was said to have launched his political career at a 1995 fundraiser in Ayers’ apartment.
As WND reported, Obama and Ayers sat together on the board of a Chicago nonprofit, the Woods Fund. Ayers also was a founder of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, where Obama was appointed as its first chairman in 1995.
Ayers reportedly was involved in hiring Obama for the CAC – a job the future president later touted as qualifying him to run for public office.
WND columnist Jack Cashill has produced a series of persuasive arguments that it was Ayers who ghostwrote Obama’s award-winning autobiography “Dreams from My Father.”
However, such reports were characterized by Sunstein as “absurd” charges for which corrective measures can be taken.
Sunstein picked a poor example for his book.
He would have a difficult time proving that Bill Ayers was just some guy in Obama’s neighborhood when in reality he was an influential figure in BO’s life and a close family friend.
In his book, The Second Bill of Rights, Sunstein openly argues for bringing socialism to the U.S. and even lends support to communism.

I thought libel laws already allowed people to sue against slanderous statements, which, no doubt, a ‘good’ lawyer could make out of ‘rumors’.
Funny, this bunch hasn’t made one statement, publicly, denouncing the ‘rumors’….their rebuttals are always made when speaking to private groups or in their latest books.
Gee, I wonder why. Maybe because the ‘rumors’ are actually TRUE?? Clearly, the law hasn’t been an impediment up to this point, I wouldn’t think it would be an impediment now.
I’d love to see them file lawsuits. Discovery would be a carnival of insights.

Must have been an “oversight” on Senstein’s part….it seems that thousands of brutally vile total lies concerning George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin and every other Republican on the planet, and published daily in the KOS and HUFFPO didn’t seem to make it into the analysis!
When anyone takes a totally one-sided stand on any such matter, they lose all credibility. It’s painfully obvious what their agenda is…and even the libtards know and understand it.
Senstein’s suggestion(s) have become instantly irrelevant.

Hey, on that “spreading false information” bit, get back to us after Sunstein’s jailed Al Gore and the entire AGW crowd. In fact, it looks like once you’re done imprisoning them for easily verifiable thought crimes, ACORN, SEIU and a bunch of other organizations “with no conceivable connection to Obama” should be priorities for the take-down.
Lacking application on the low hanging fruit, Sunstein would just be coming across as a Stalinist using police-state techniques, and we can guarantee you that won’t go over nicely here.

Kenny, you’ve got a good observation there. Philosopher Slavoj Zizek has frequently made an interesting diagnosis of how fascists classify their other, identifying them as both “ruthlessly sneaky and devious thieves of our happiness” and at the same time, “fundamentally dumb subhumans that are so far from human, it wouldn’t be a crime to eliminate them.”
Both parts are simultaneously incoherent, yet both are required in order to blame for our lack (the smart jew) while also allowing for their extermination (the stupid jew). Jew in this sense is fundamentally the other who opposes the fascist state.
Obama’s administration and the progressive left has been consistently guilty of this technique, though I’d suggest they’re having limited traction given the difficulty of cultural ambiguity; they’re attempting to link it to multiple targets as well as heterogeneous targets: soccer moms (some who love obama/some who hate obama but both look the same), bad jews (but not the jews in the administration), rednecks (but not the union workers who are physically and culturally identical), etc. The re-signification isn’t working for them given all of these complexities.
My expectation is that they’ll realize shortly that they have to simply the model: start with a clearly identifiable target (probably with one that’s been proven to work: Jews). Once we re-initiate genocidal efforts and create that singular target to blame for unemployment, economic plight, debts, world hatred (especially China’s which is coming soon), we’ll have a clearly delineated group to hate and eradicate. Once that fire is light, it’s just a matter of shifting significations: CEOs are jews. Country clubs are secret jew societies. Farmers are jews hording crops and causing shortages. Gun owners are jews because a non-jew wouldn’t have any reason to resist the government. Gays are jews because they spread AIDS through deviant sex which places an immense burden upon state medical institutions.
You just have to focus on a sure winner first, then re-signify. Oh, for the 85% of jews that voted for Obama, you were warned. Then again, you were in Germany too. How’s that poster go: “It may be that the sole purpose of your existence is to serve as a warning to others.” I’m afraid time’s running out for that to be proven wrong.

I’m sorry the link I posted above is the wrong link. The video from Greta last night has “been removed by the user.” Steve Moore said on recovery.gov they are lying about the supposed jobs that were created. They are refusing to remove the false data. Isn’t this fraud. I feel like I’m in a third world foreign country with a corrupt regime, and I want to go home to America. Is anyone going to stop these criminals in the White House, and the Democrats in Congress? They are a rogue government.
