It figures. Obama’s neighbor and longtime friend is a raving Marxist.

New Zeal reported this week on Barack Obama’s Marxist neighbor and doctor friend who taught him about the single-payer health care system.
The push to socialize US Heathcare came, not from from the “people”, but from small clique of Marxists, led by a man with close persional ties to president Barack Obama.
This group’s goal is fully socialized, government run “single payer” healthcare-as long promoted through Congressman John Conyers’ National Health Insurance Act, or HR 676.
The leader of this Marxist clique is Quentin Young-a retired Chicago physician, a life long Marxist activist and long time friend and political ally of Barack Obama.
According to radical journalist John Nichols writing in The Progressive;
Obama…learned about single-payer health care from his old friend and neighbor Dr. Quentin Young, the longtime coordinator of Physicians for a National Health Program.
Quentin Young told Amy Goodman of Democracy Now!, that while an Illinois State senator, Obama was a strong supporter of “single payer.”
Barack Obama, in those early days—influenced, I hope, by me and others—categorically said single payer was the best way, and he would inaugurate it if he could get the support, meaning majorities in both houses, which he’s got, and the presidency, which he’s got. And he said that on more than one occasion…. ”
So who exactly is Dr. Quentin Young?
According to New Zeal:
Quentin Young is one of America’s most committed socialists, beginning with his time in the Young Communist League in late 1930s Chicago.
After WW2, into the mid 1970s, Young was closely associated with the Communist Party and was accused of belonging to the Bethune Club (a communist doctor’s club) by a US Congressional Committee investigating the riots at the 1968 Democratic Party convention in Chicago.

Obama/SEIU/ACORN/Soros are all locked together in one big criminal organization that is out to steal the wealth of the USA and redistribute it to their Union and big corporate cronies here and around the world. They are using Health Care Reform, Cap and Trade, Deficit Spending and the take over of every private industry they can get their hands on as a means of getting a hold of their ill gotten loot. The only way to stop them is No 1. Stop the passage of the Health Care Reform Bill by calling your Senators day and night, No. 2.
Speaking out to your neighbors and friends to turn public sentiment and No. 3. Do everything you can to take the House and Senate back from the Democrats in 2010 so the GOP can start an investigation of Obama and his crooked ilk. If you think a 3rd party alternative is the answer, you might as well vote for a Democrat and just let them take over the US.

People such as one of the commenters above may never have MET a socialist, but they certainly may have HEARD one on the radio. For many years, I heard Dr. Quentin speak and host shows on WBEZ Chicago Public Radio, advocating more government in health care. Like many leftists infiltrating the mainstream (er, well, WBEZ is left of mainstream but reaches a wide audience) he simply avoided using words like ’socialist’ that would invite criticism of his views.

We who love this country know how special it is. Most Americans have family members who escaped from tyranical nations to find freedom here. Single-payer. Single issue, Nothing registers with them if it does not advance the religion of single-payer.

With so many names and organizations to keep up with, I appreciate this and all articles at GP and other blog/news sites that expose Obamao’s socialist and communist ties.
I do believe I saw this doctor in an interview. He was introduced as Obamao’s long-time doctor and was talking in support of the single payer system and saying how it wouldn’t reduce medical care. I naturally assumed then that he was pro-socialism. Knowing now, due to this article, that it’s more than single-payer health care that he supports and that he’s a life-long Marxist supporter, I know that he’s more dangerous than he appears. Further, I now know that the relationship between him and Obamao is more than that of a doctor and his patient.
In 2010, we need to vote in Congresscritters who are willing to impeach the Marxist in Chief.
