UPDATE: An American Muslim group praises the massacre at Fort Hood.

Fort Hood Muslims voiced their outrage at the policies that caused Major Nidal Hasan to snap and kill 13 soldiers on Thursday.
MSNBC reported, via Jihad Watch:

Leaders of the vibrant Muslim community here expressed outrage on Friday at the shooting rampage being laid to one of their members, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, who had become a regular attendee of prayers at the local mosque.

But some of the men who had befriended Major Hasan at the mosque said the military should examine the policies that might have caused him to snap.

“When a white guy shoots up a post office, they call that going postal,” said Victor Benjamin II, 30, a former member of the Army. “But when a Muslim does it, they call it jihad.

Ultimately it was Brother Nidal’s doing, but the command should be held accountable,” Mr. Benjamin said. “G.I.’s are like any equipment in the Army. When it breaks, those who were in charge of keeping it fit should be held responsible for it.”

FOX News reported that Killer Nidal Hasan was taken off his ventilator today.

More… The Ft. Hood killer attended mosque with the imam who advised the Sept. 11 hijackers.

The guy ‘going postal’ is’nt yelling allahu ahkbar.!!
The state media will no doubt jump on this band wagon, they would rather appease than call a jihad a jihad.

Just read this morning that Obama used Ft. Hood to put a guilt trip on representatives to pass this bill. “Real” Americans die for their country, as in Ft. Hood, and are not afraid to vote for something, even if it might cost them reelection.
    http://apnews.myway.com/article/20091108/D9BR59EO0.html
“Participants also said Obama had referred to this week’s shooting rampage at Fort Hood, Texas, in which 13 people were killed. His remarks put in perspective that the hardships soldiers endure for the country are “what sacrifice really is,” as opposed to “casting a vote that might lose an election for you,” said Rep. Robert Andrews, D-N.J.”

The shooter is responsible for the deaths but Islam is responsible for the shooter. Islam is an intolerant religion. To a practicing muslim the message is if infidels do not convert to Islam then they must die. I don’t buy Hasan’s concern of muslim fighting muslim…muslims do it all the time, Iran and Iraq, Iraq and Kuwait, Taliban and the non Taliban, all muslims fighting muslims. Hasan just wanted to kill as many non muslims as he could with his two guns. I don’t buy is worry about going to Afganistan either, because as a doctor his role would not have been one of armed conflict but of counseling. His friends and relatives are just covering for him trying to blame everything but the true culprit, Islam. Read the Koran that he was so frequently giving out…you will see, convert or die. The muslim will lie to you until they have power over you and then they revel their true heart. Wake up! Don’t be stupid! Don’t believe this Islam is peace and love hogwash!

“Ultimately it was Brother Nidal’s doing, but the command should be held accountable,” Mr. Benjamin said. “G.I.’s are like any equipment in the Army. When it breaks, those who were in charge of keeping it fit should be held responsible for it.”

Just so fundamentally wrong on several points. If a soldier’s mind snaps and he goes on a rampage, we should blame his platoon sergeant? His company commander? How about blaming the Joint Chiefs of Staff?

When a soldier’s mind snaps and he starts shouting praise to his “god”, as he guns down a dozen innocents, we should blame his supervisors?

Unfortunately, this is the mindset we’re forced to deal with. Blame everybody and his brother, rather than place the blame squarely where it belongs – on the shooter….whether he did it in the post office or at a military installation.

This man is a killer. For whatever reason, he murdered, with malice aforethought. He should pay whatever price a jury determines he owes.

This is nothing more than the Leftist “Blame the Victim” mentality. Ever notice that if the victim fits a certain pattern of race, gender, religion or national origin, the perpetrator (s) of violence against them are always given an excuse.

In this case, since the terrorist was a Muslim who wanted to kill Americans, the corner will be turned little by little. They will blame the Army, then the Military Culture, then racist attitudes in Texas, finally they will blame the dead non-Muslim soldiers. Because between them and a Muslim, the Marxists in the media, and the one in the Whitehouse will “stand with the Muslims” no matter what.

By the way, two days, and the Muslim-in-Chief is still at Camp David? Are you scared to face the soldiers you have betrayed, President Pretend? Do you just not give a damn what happens to the men and women under your command? I guess he wants to make sure Annie Liebowitz is available to make the trip with him. This guy is the worst President in the history of the concept of Presidency. The guy running Malawi is better than this jerk. Obama makes Noriega look like a Statesman.

The Army and our security agencies, including the FBI, have the duty to protect American citizens, including our soldiers. It appears that there were several incidents that raised concerns about Hasan. The possibility that these concerns were not acted upon because of political correctness is very real.

It this is the case, then culpability does indeed fall upon the highest eschelons, even more so than immediate commanders. Particularly so because the nature of the concerns regarding Hasan relate directly to terrorism, our highest national security issue.

The blame rests solely with islam.

islam is the result of a bastardization of christian and jewish religions, cobbled together by mohammed who was trying to get pagan arabs to have one god. Instead of the dozen or so gods the arabs had in the early seventh century.

Their allah is actually the pagan moon god, hence the stone worship in karbaa.

Their allah, is not in any way related, to the God that Christians and Jews worship.

Finally when a muslim begins his jihad, which also happens to be one of the six pillars of islam, he invokes allahs name, allahu akbar.

Which is exactly what Hasan did… he did the killings for allah.

blame the ideology of islam, not the Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists who have been the victims of islam and jihad since the seventh century.

Even 25 years ago when I lived there, these guys would be getting a Rodney King style beating from the neighborhood. They’d be running for their lives.

If anything in the world is “hate speech”, that is it right there. Standing on a sidewalk, in the greatest city the world has ever known, free to spew your poison at those who defend your rights. Who is that fellow in the video? Is he a convert to Islam? He blames America’s policies over in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iraq for the chickens coming home to roost. Why is it Muslims fail to be able to comprehend that America is trying to save the people of those countries from Muslims who choose to oppress and slaughter them? I recently saw some pictures of thousands of refugees fleeing from Taliban strongholds in Pakistan; they were lining up for food and appeared to be starving – they were so thin. Why do these Muslims flee from the Taliban and al Queda if they are all on the same side?

Rifqa Bary’s civil rights are being violated. She is being held prisoner: no phone, no internet no public school ………house arrest in accord with sharia law. Female apostates are imprisoned until they recant.

Ohio is practicing sharia law. Where are Rifqa’s civil rights? Where is her freedom of religion? Why isn’t Obama fighting for her right to NOT wear the hijab?
Her parents, here illegally from Sri Lanka, perjured themselves repeatedly and abused Rifqa for years. They are devout Muslims. The punishment for apostasy in Islam is death. Why can’t Rifqa choose her own attorney? She is up against an array of legal talent and her parents have changed lawyers as frequently as toddlers change diapers.

UPDATE: HEY NEW YORK/NEW ENGLAND! Wanna carpool? Give lilredbird a shout out.

Still looking for people from the New England/New York area interested in driving to the rally. I can share driving time and expenses. Email is oceanfloor1@msn.com

Click below for directions, hotels, maps etc:

Directions to the Franklin County Courthouse & Rally:  Franklin County Juvenile Court, 373 South High Street, Columbus (Ohio).

Rally Site. The Rally will be held at the Dorrian Commons Park, lying East and immediately adjacent to the Franklin County Courthouse, where Rifaq Bary’s Juvenile Court Hearings will be held later in the day.  For those wishing to attend that public hearing, assuming room in the Courtroom, hearings are scheduled to begin at __.__ _.m.

Courthouse Address.  The Franklin County Courthouse is located at 373 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.

By Automobile. The Franklin County Courthouse lies just East of the intersection of Interstate highways I-70 and I-71, off of exit 100A on I-70 (near the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers). Exit the freeway North, just a block until W. Mound Street, and turn East, to your right onto W. Mound. Drive East on W. Mound for just 4 blocks until you reach South High Street. Turn South, to your right, and you will see the Courthouse and rally site.

High Street, by the way, is the dividing line between E. & W. Columbus, so don’t be alarmed if you see streets with E. & W. designations: things are literally just “across the street” from each other, in relation to all of the events described herein.

Event Parking. The Courthouse is served by several large parking lots immediately to the North across W. Mound Street. The parking lot is bound on the West by S. Front Street, to the North by Main Street (which appears to be Ohio Highway 62), and to the East by S. High Street, upon which the Franklin County Courthouse fronts.

Another major parking lot lies to the North of the event, north and south between E. Main Street and E. Rich Street, and east and west on South High and South 3rd.

Hotel Accomodations. Here’s a link to help you look for travel accommodations. Less than a block North of the Courthouse, and immediately to the South of the large parking lot described above, there is the Westin Columbus Hotel on the Southeast corner of the intersection of South High and East Main.

By Air. Port Columbus International Airport (CMH) is just 6 or 7 miles Northeast of downtown. At the link below, the map also has off to the left margin an interactive service for securing flights in and out of Port Columbus.

Let us examine Janet Napolitano’s priorities, shall we?

    Napolitano’s terrorist radar screen

What kind of behavior and characteristics trigger scrutiny from The Department of Homeland Security and its head, Janet Napolitano? It seems that Major Hasan’s behavior raised no official eyebrows despite his outspoken views and possible links to radical extremism. In a world of political correctness and irrational fear of even the appearance of profiling, did concern for not offending Hasan’s Muslim faith trump the numerous red flags that are littered in his deadly wake?

It doesn’t matter how many people are murdered in the name of Allah and the child rapist Muhammad. LIBTARDS still support it.
It doesn’t matter how many people have been murdered in the name of Marxism. LIBTARDS still support it.

Liberalism and Islamofascism are the enemy.

If there were ever a reason for us to reject multiculturalism, this is it.

I’ll harken back to the old ’60’s saw: America, love her or leave her.

I don’t really care how it sounds. There are a great many things that I love about my country and wish to defend against the many domestic enemies I see every day, from the pages of leftist newspapers to the supporters of Marxism in Washington. If you don’t like America, kindly take up residence in another country that more closely aligns with your beliefs.

    I so agree with you!

As far as the Mexicans…. they had better try to do the right thing. First they need to apply for citizenship. We only want them to obey our laws and do the right thing. Be a citizen and help contribute to our country and not drag us down by using up all of our commodies, and resources. Stop voting for the democrats and Barry. Don’t they see that they are just being used?I want them to help build up our country and not drag it down. Mark my word if they do not help to stop Barry/Pelosi/etc they will be forced to go back to Mexico because it will be better then here.

You need not go any further than the nearest mosque (and some churchs too like Rev Wrights) to see and hear violence against our country being fermented. If our law enforcement agencies were doing their job, there would be surveillence (spy devices) at each and every mosque and in any other place that is preaching anti-American hate.

Hmmm, would those protesting Muslims agree that the imam and other officials at every mosque he attended should be held responsible? Just asking….

“hear violence against our country being fermented.”

I think you mean “fomented”…and yet in a sense you’re right, because islamic supremacism is a potent brew, especially for defective minds.

    Excellent link from Chisum, #53.

Americans have to wake up to what truly threatens our country.

This administration will do whatever it can to point the finger away from themselves and other deceivers — the real source of our harm.

Instead, they accuse the very people who battle daily – whether it be with arms, or with words or even with prayer – in order that we keep our freedoms and our way of life.

“G.I.’s are like any equipment in the Army. When it breaks, those who were in charge of keeping it fit should be held responsible for it.”

That’s a true statement. Major Hasan did indeed commit jihad; he did not go postal.

But he was clearly ‘broken’ before the day he picked up his pistols and strode into Fort Hood. It was clear that he was broken while he was at Walter Reed. The signs were there.

Major Hasan is responsible for 13 deaths and all the wounded. He’ll be held accountable. But his chain of command should be held accountable too.

The Army wants diversity. That’s good. But the Army must also demand loyalty. It does, almost all the time, but some have allowed the PC nonsense to push the demand for loyalty into the background.

No longer. If you’re a member of Armed Forces, whatever your religion, whatever your beliefs, first and foremost you’re a loyal American. If you can’t be that then you can’t serve. And the chain of command has to ensure that.

Obama does not want you to jumped to conclusion because his fawned old media is still writing the narrative. Did you hear they are spreading the PTSD theory? Old Media is scamming you.

“Ultimately it was Brother Nidal’s doing, but the command should be held accountable,” Mr. Benjamin said.

As I see it, the only thing the military needs to take responsibility for is the disarming of service members while on base. Had others carried a fully-loaded sidearm with them, the death toll would almost certainly not have been as high.

Islam created this monster. Does anyone hear of Muslims asking how their religion created such a beast? Our media?
