Honduran democratic leader Roberto Micheletti is stepping down– for seven days prior to the national election that is scheduled on Sunday November 29.
The Age reported:

Honduras’ de facto leader Roberto Micheletti said on Thursday he planned to step down for seven days for the country’s November 29 national elections.

“With this measure I aim to concentrate all the attention of Honduran people on the electoral process and not on the political crisis,” Micheletti said in an announcement broadcast on national media.

Micheletti is not standing in the elections, which will see a successor chosen to President Manuel Zelaya, whose ouster in a June 28 coup set off months of political crisis in Honduras.

    zelaya….and
    micheletti
the measure of these two men is obvious for all who can see.

one is a power grasping destructive narcissistic fool,

and the other is a a father to his country selfless and true..

which does zerO wish to see run honduras?

I am embarrassed zerO put honduras through the wringer like he did…

I am very impressed with the conduct by Micheletti thru this ordeal. He has upheld faith in the country’s laws and instutions, and as a result, the people will do likewise.

    Kudos

The question was posed as to who will be the Honduran president for the next seven days.

    A. Mr. Michiletti – He was just kiddin’ around.
    B. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.
    C. Barack Hussein Obama – Because he won.
    D. Hillary Clinton – Dag nab it, she’s gonna be president of somethin’ so why not there.

    Cheers !
