Of course they will.
…Was there ever a doubt?

Representative Debbie Wasserman Shultz (D-FL) admitted today that the Stupak Amendment will most likely not be in the final health care bill:

Via HotAir

More… The far left pro-abortion democrat also said that Sarah Palin repulsed women:

Asked about Foxx and Bachmann, Wasserman Schultz, blasted away:

“This is a party that doesn’t respect women, a party that doesn’t believe women are equal to men,” she told POLITICO. “I don’t think [Bachmann and Foxx] attract women to their party,” she said.

“I think they repulse women.”

Perfect.
From the party that beat down both Hillary Clinton and then Sarah Palin, now all of the sudden they supposedly speak for women.
Of course they do.

Of course they will. Abandon a key platform of the party?

How’s it feel, Stupak? Blue Dogs? Your game lasted less than two days. What DID you expect?

Either you are too dumb to realize you were going to be had this way, or you care more about Pelosi’s approval than voters’, and think you can fool them.

    You better hope so.

If true then there will be the delicious irony of a democrat killing the health care bill for us.

Sarah Palin and Michele Bahcmann make me MORE proud everyday to be a Conservative.

They have MORE balls than most of the men in the GOP, and because these women rile up Conservative Women – Liberals are trying harder everyday to bring them down.

This legislator has it all wrong. She and her type of woman repulses me. I am a woman. She doesn’t speak for me. It’s interesting to track how womens’ organizations “speak” for me. I’m thinking particularly about NOW. That organization is on the opposite side of the spectrum of my beliefs.

I find it ironic the liberals have the audacity to think they speak for all women. I don’t need her to tell me how I feel and what I believe.

She lies! I happen to respect Palin, Bachmann and any of the other conservative women leaders. So again, Wasserman Schulz is wrong.

Well, we’ve kinda already figured out that people outside the Beltway, generally speaking, repulse the people inside the Beltway, beginning with Senator Reid’s complaint about tourists’ sweat stinking up the Capitol, and continuing with BuyInsuranceOrGoToPrisonCare being rammed through the House right in the teeth of huge numbers of people from outside the Beltway telling Congress over and over that they DO NOT WANT this bill to become law.

So this sort of thing (“I think they repulse women”) is just a litmus test letting us know who’s who so we can take names for when the sewage finally hits the fan for real and we’re ready to extract some payback.

Ultimately, the biggest loser on the Stupak Amendment is the US Conference of Catholic Bishops. The bishops who usually stay quiet due to tax code restrictions on non-profits, endorsed this product when the Stupak Amendment was added.

The bishops have an almost irrational concern over the treatment of (illegal) immigrants, which is why they were willing to endorse once the abortion funding was removed.

Most Catholics will be hearing about the endorsement over the next few weeks. Does anybody really think that the bishops connection with the Catholic community is so tight that they can do a quick about-face when the abortion funding is put back in ? I don’t.

The bishops will look stupid in the end, especially if this thing passes, as many Catholics will think that the Church has changed their position on abortion, a victim of a political “bait-n-switch.”

Wasserman Shultz (sounds like a test for VD) is the one who fought that allowing uniformed military members to be covered under hate crimes legislation. SHe said including veterans or military members who are targeted would insult the “REAL VICTIMS” like minorities and gays.

I’m Jewish, but Wassserman-Schultz makes me sick. She represents everything that’s wrong with Jewish voting habits…she doesn’t understand or deliberately ignores the fact that every position she takes goes against Judaism. Jews should be pro-gun/pro self-defense, not pro-gun control. Abortion goes against Jewish law. The National Jewish Democratic Council is one of the worst of the Far Left groups, Planned Parenthood is now just an abortion-mill organization…well, Hadassah is far too Leftist politically, but their magazine has some decent articles sometimes on non-political items!

Wasserman is just a skanky kook, but that’s an oxymoron along with “Democratic woman Rep or Senator”. They are all hateful and ugly, and forget outer beauty (though I agree about Bachmann and Palin vs. Wasserman, but that’s not a reason to support or not: Golda Meier was no raving beauty, but accept for her mistake with the ‘73 war, she was an effective leader). It is the inner ugliness, the ugliness of spirit, that so pervades the Left.

The enormous hypocrisy of the stand on abortion…when the Leftist health care bill will take away EVERYONE”S right to choose their health care…and yet, Wasserman et al scream about a “woman’s “right to choose” to murder her baby….is just breathtaking.

Anyway, yes, far too many Jews support this kind of stupidity, but not all of us. And I hope and pray, some are coming around and realizing that they screwed up electing the Sociopath-Muslim-lover-in-Chief, Obiwan Barackabee.

Not enough, yet, but we’re working on it! In the meantime, please folks, just don’t think that Wasserman represents all of us. SHE DOES NOT.

Their leader, the so-called president, President Missing-in Action, compared the potential sacrifice of their beloved political careers to the bravery of our military forces as they face enemy fire. And this for the most partisan bill in history.

I wanted CSpan, and the HealthCare debate Friday and Sat. And the republicans had, for the most part, read the bill. The Dems, some admitted they had no time and did not read the bill. It was too long. Republicans are correct. The States are going to be socked with financial commitments because the Feds cannot fund all of the HealthCare programs. This means heavy taxes and depletion of educational funding, and job loss. $Billions and $Billions will need to be footed by the state. The Dems argument is that Rich people may have to mortgage their houses if they cannot pay their medical bills. They want to stop that.

Wasserman-Shultz admits that the Stupak Amendment (NO Government funded abortions) will be out in final healthcare bill | Fire Andrea Mitchell!

[...] As expected, those who thought that the PelosiCARE bill will not fund abortions you were sadly wrong. Today on MSNBC Debbie Wasserman-Shultz (who is basically the Nancy Pelosi of Florida) said this: “I am confident that when it comes back from the conference committee that that language won’t be there,” Wasserman Schultz said during an appearance on MSNBC. “And I think we’re all going to be working very hard, particularly the pro-choice members, to make sure that’s the case.” [...]

Who says that MOBY is a Repub?
The only people we’ve heard talk like that are Libs – hard-core no manners potty-mouths – sort of verbal flashers ’cause they think it’s “edgy” or something. Oh, “progressive.”

I’m pretty sure that’s a man…with 3 names. Aren’t we over the whole hyphen name thing? Also, dosen’t that imply it’s married? I guess [it's] in a “progressive” relationship. Someone should tell “Debbie” she can take estrogen to modulate her voice…what a f’ng hag.

Oh, look, Beerslut appears and accuses someone of hypocrisy. This douchenozzle called Sarah Palin the “whore from Wasilla” the other day and had his comments removed by the Moderator.

    Talk about projection!

Unfortunately, this complete loon, Debbie Wasserman-Shultz, is my congressional representative. She is a member of the Progressive Caucus in the House. She is the absolute WORST! This lady cannot come up with an original thought. It is always straight from the Democratic talking points. I would love to see this nitwit debate Bachmann. Michelle Bachmann would run circles around Debbie WaWa.
We are a Jewish household and I can’t believe how far apart we are in ideology from this hack. I have written her letters, called her office and faxed her office to express my opinion on various pieces of legislation. I gave up! She is San Fran Nan’s latest pet project. I cannot wait to campaign next year for ANYONE (a conservative Dem or Republican) who runs against her. She ran un-opposed last time. I wrote in “Minnie Mouse” on the ballot. However, things do not look good in south Florida for a Republican right now. There are a lot of FBI corruption probes and arrests into people with ties to statewide Republicans and the RINO, Charlie Christ. So, I’m not sure that any Republican would have a chance against Debbie WaWa next year. Also, San Fran Nan and The Won will pour lots of cash into this progressive’s coffers!

I figured this anti-federal-funding-for-abortion language won’t stay in the final bill because Pelosi is rabidly pro-abortion (a truly fake and sinful Catholic is she–you are not a Catholic in good standing if you support abortion the way she does), but my understanding is that there will be major problems fully passing the bill with or without the language.

These hypocrite women claim that women are the peacmakers and the “caring ones” and all that. But they don’t even protect or value their own babies, making them unusually cold-blooded – a very undesirable character flaw for any sort of “caring” or “peace” goals. Incredibly, crocodiles do a better job caring for their unborn.

    Women are the peacemakers? Really?

Catherine the Great. Hojo Masako. Tomoe Gozen. Maggie Thatcher. Maria Theresia. Boudica. Just to name a few. These were all powerful women in important positions, ruling whole nations and partly even fighting on the battlefields. Catherine the Great and Hojo Masako were both extremely ruthless when it came to achieving their goals.

Old Vietnam, long, long, long, long, very long before the colonization, was ruled by women and women had a very strong position in society. Was it peaceful? No. Of course not.

The idea that women are the peacemakers and the “caring ones” is a myth. Women are humans and as such subject to all our vices, just like men.

This woman needs a reality check.

If the Stupek Amendment is not in the final bill if it ever gets to conference, all that is needed is 5 of those people who voted for Stupek to vote “no” this time.

Remember, campaigning starts in January 2010 for the November 2010 elections. Make sure that is known to those 40 who voted for Stupak and the abomination of a bill on Saturday that you are watching.

My Rep. is a conservative Republican who voted no on the bill so I am safe. However, a leftist loon announced he is running against the encumbant yesterday. This guy was great at quoting B.O. talking points. He has a zero possibility of winning.

What about all of those women being killed in utero? Who speaks for and respects them? Certainly not these Democrats who pay lip service to “women’s” rights. Abortion isn’t about female equality. It’s about not having to face the consequences of one’s actions and not having to lead a moral life.
