He was screaming “Allahu Akbar” Janet.
Janet Napolitano told an Arab audience today that anti-Muslim sentiment will not be tolerated.
FOX News reported:

“This was a terrible tragedy for all involved,” Napolitano told reporters in the United Arab Emirates’ capital Abu Dhabi. “Obviously, we object to — and do not believe — that anti-Muslim sentiment should emanate from this.”

Napolitano said her agency is working with state and local groups to try to deflect any anti-Muslim anger after the Thursday attacks by Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a Muslim who reportedly expressed growing dismay over the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The shootings left 13 people dead and 29 wounded.

“This was an individual who does not, obviously, represent the Muslim faith,” she said after meeting with a group of women university students.

This is mindless, the same denial that pushed “man made disasters”.

Why didn’t she cancel her trip, to come home upon hearing the awful news, to help?

The enormous problem remains, do vapid, unethical Democrats really believe this insanity?

Or, are they stuck on this foolish enabling of dangerous threats, because they think they can gain politically by opposing sound Bush Policies?

Or, are they simply stuck on such a political form of bigotry, they cannot admit they are wrong?

A monstrous Radical Muslim Terrorist killed many of Our Finest on Domestic Soil, one of Our own Bases.

The question is, did the Obama – Napolitano – Clinton – Democrat policies enable this horrid attack?

Did the focus on switching all to the FBI, help this disaster? Did the Democrat move to return this WAR back to the Law Enforcement – First Responder weakness of the 1990’s, empower this latest killer?

Did the recent appointments of the Obama Administration, to the Pentagon, like a number of Radicals who are anti-US Military, make matters far worse? Did they push a political correctness, which empowered this Monster who murdered so many at Fort Hood?

Instead of being worried about the Muslim feelings, maybe a US Secretary of Homeland Security should be more concerned with the safety of Americans.

I want to know, if the Obama Administration had a Terrorist detainee, who they knew had information about a future attack, like the one on Fort Hood, would they do all that is necessary to save American lives? Would they use safe interrogation techniques, like ‘waterboarding’?

I said it before and I’ll say it again. When listening to a liberal, take what they say and know that it is 180 degrees opposite.

For example: I’m a liberal and I say that Janet is a smart and beautiful woman who always speaks the truth.

Ms. Janet Napolitano, the DHS Director, who obviously does not represent The United States of America, The Constitution, Bill of Rights, current law and people willing and able to defend it all.

Somehow, I have a feeling that if a person like me would ever have “an encounter” with a peace-loving Muslim where I would have to do any sort of take-down in order to stop the peace-loving Muslim from killing Americans, I’d be charged with a hate crime and the peace-loving Muslim would be given The Medal Of Freedom.

You say you want a revolution,
    Well you know…….. It’s coming.

Janet Napolitano as usual is wrong. The Fort Hood killer did what any devout Muslim is called to do in the Koran, kill the infidel. If he had been killed in the process, he would have been considered a martyr in the cause of jihad. While his actions are viewed as extreme by many moderate Muslims, the heart and soul of Islam applauds his behavior. This is not new. It has been happening since the 8th century.

Why are the arabs listening to Janet, I thought they had great hatred of homosexuals. I guess as long as she represents the muslim whitehouse they tolerate those kinds of people.

The real mistake I made was even writing a comment in this forum. I was hoping to get a mature response from someone explaining maybe WHY (with sources preferably) this site believes the entire Muslim religion (rather than a few individuals) to be trash. I haven’t seen any evidence that the religion demonizes women or treats them like cattle. Nor encourages them to all be psycho terrorists. You can insult my mother or call me a truth-hating liberal — whatever. You have no idea who I am. I’m outta here. Never leaving a comment again. I’ll stick to just reading on this page from now on.

    Interesting.
I googled “muslim websites”, to see if I can find one denouncing terroism.
This is the first site listed:

    http://www.islamic-world.net/plan.php

This was under “plan” for islam:

“We would like to introduce an innovative plan on behalf of Islam. It is called Islamic World, and it is a concept rather than an organization. We accept that there is no path to a right and just world but Islam, therefore we want to do our utmost to bring rightly guided committed belief and dedicated practice of Islam back into every aspect of life for all members of the Muslim ummah; and, to make Islam both acceptable and attractive to non-Muslims. While many of our pious brothers and sisters are attempting, both as individuals and within organizations, to achieve this same worthy goal we will be using a new approach. We will be using powerful innovative techniques of social influence and sophisticated modern information technology to effectively disseminate the knowledge of Islam and to unite the Muslim ummah. Our ultimate goal is a truly and fully, united Islamic world…”

To be fair, there are many muslim websites that denounce terrosim. Like this one:

    http://www.freemuslims.org/

Unfortunately, they seem to be struggling to have their voices heard. And financially as well. Who funds the so-called radicals?
In the millions upon millions of dollars that we have spent in muslim countries, are we allocatiing funds to groups like these?

Tony: Here goes. To begin: you mean 20 or 30 million individual muslim maniacs . . .

Since it’s inception Muhammadanism has been on a course of violent conquest/forced conversion. A thousand years later, it was only stopped at the Gates of Vienna and when the Russians started reclaiming lands from the Ottoman Turks causing the Brits/French to fight the Crimean War which fostered a new age of muslim massacres.

I won’t even begin to write about the horrid insults and blasphemies the entire religion is concerning Jesus Christ, Our God and Redeemer.

The ways they treat women and gays don’t bother me. The women I know could take care of that crap. And the gays can watch out for themselves.

Finally, one must have a lump of feces fer brains to believe murdering innocent, unarmed people is a religious act; the crap about 72 virgins; genies; etc.

    Well, OK Janet.
If he doesn’t represent the Muslim faith he definitely represents the enormous problem that Americans have with people of Islamic fundamentalist belief.
How’s that hit ya Janey? Or you, Tony?
Look, the Muslims who live down the block from me may or may not be jihadists. I don’t know and would not even hazard a guess but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Christians next door are not.
So here is the problem, we will most likely not have anti Muslim backlash, because that is the American way, unless you are FDR. But we do have a problem. The Koran teaches that we should all be killed or convert. And modern Muslims want a Muslim world. Period. How the f are we supposed to figure out which Muslim wants us dead and which just wants to live in peace with religious freedom?

Looking back historically, Islam was and is the only system capable of being the world system, the empire of the Antichrist. It was spread through fire and sword from 610-751, during that time period the Arabs forged an empire which stretched from Portugal to Western China, from Ethiopia to the Caucasus.

Unlike in Christianity, which was perverted by political aspirations, and be it 750-1,000 years after its foundation (depending if you consider Charlemagne’s Saxon Wars or the First Crusade to be the first Christian ‘holy war’), Islam’s own dogma states to spread through violence. It remained a threat, an obvious one at that until the end of the Great Turkish War of 1683-1699 when the combined forces of Tuscany, Venice, Austria, Poland, Russia and the papacy forced the Turks out of Hungary (including Slovakia, Croatia and stretches of Romania and Northern Serbia), ushering in the age in which the Turks were continually pushed from the Balkans.

Since that victory, the Turks had generally been pushed back, out of Europe and Russia, albeit the Russian’s genocidal history caught up with them, as they killed roughly 45% and deported 45% of the conquered populations in the Caucasus and Crimea, leaving the remaining 10% on barren land in a prelude to Communism.

For the past three centuries Islam has lay dormant, the Turkish power had been broken while the Mughal Empire in India collapsed in 1707. No large empire emerged to lead the Islamic world and thus it quickly fragmented, becoming an afterthought due to its tribal culture and agricultural economy being widespread outside of cities such as Tehran, Constantinople and Cairo. Larger issues, such as industrialization and the American Revolution overshadowed what had become a backwards Islamic world.

It was only with the population explosion begun in the 20th century that Islam has begun to re-emerge as a force to be reckoned with. In 1900 the world was roughly 15% Muslim, a figure which rose to 25% by 2009 and will reach 30-35% by 2050, the larger figure including conversions and a steady stream of immigrants to Europe, East Asia and the Americas. By then it will have surpassed Christianity in the number of adherents, if it hasn’t already given how many people, especially in Europe, declare themselves Christian but are in reality either non-religious (not to be confused with atheists) or agnostic. The Scandinavian nations claiming in excess of 75%, sometimes 90% Christian yet only 10% of the population state that they believe.

It was also only in the mid to late 20th century that the Islamic terrorists really emerged. Prior to that they used armies just like everyone else did, fought battles and although engaged in guerilla tactics if invaded, did not do anything which would be considered terrorist. Since that ‘discovery’ however, the terrorist has become the ’standard soldier’ and their rate of striking has only increased with the years, as has the Islamic hatred for the Western World.

One must remember though, that while Islam itself is evil, by no means are it’s adherents all evil, indeed the majority seem to be indifferent, majority meaning as few as 51%.

For Tony: some verses from the koran, try reading it sometime

9:5 states: So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up the prayer and pay the poor rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

9:12 states: And if they break their oaths after their agreement and (openly) revile your religion, then fight the leaders of unbelief–surely their oaths are nothing–so that they may desist.

9:14 states: Fight them; Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and heal the hearts of a believing people.

9:29 states: Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgement of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.

9:73 states: O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them; and their abode is hell, and evil is the destination.

9:123 states: O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil).

Please take note that going back to the doctrine of abrogation, the vast majority of the ulema agree that Koran 9:5, famously known as ayat al-saif — the “sword verse” — has abrogated some 124 of the more peaceful Meccan verses.

It’s really ok to call him an “Islamist terrorist” or an “Irhabist.” I agree we shouldn’t call this jerk a Jihadist, because that word signifies honorable struggle. Obviously, the man had no honor. Nor should we call him a Muslim, or religious in the usual sense. Remember, the Muslim clerics in India denied the Mumbai terrorists a grave in a Muslim cemetery, and the Iraqis grew to hate Al-Queda in Iraq, and say “they are not Muslims.”

What baffles me is why the hell this administration is still so uneducable that it can’t mouth the word “Irhabist.”

One of the above posters asked the question: Why does the mainstream media tolerate Islam so much, when it treats women like cattle?

    That is an excellent question.

    Here is a truthful answer:

Liberals and feminists (shh…democrats) tolerate Islam because it has not DOMINATED AMERICA YET.

The liberals love the presence of Islam in America because it goes against what America was founded on: Christianity, and liberals, feminists, and lesbians, like Janet Napalitano, don’t have to worry about being persecuted by Islam, because they have an overwhelmingly Christian nation, and military protecting their traitorous behinds.

These are the same people that if we divided the United States up into two parts…let’s say east of the mississippi and west of the mississippi….and Islam ruled one side….and the Christians ruled the other side…..Which side do you think these traitorous liberals would flee to???? I guarantee you they would be begging the Christians to let them in.

Remember…it is hip and trendy now for American girls to wear muslim headscarfs…and henna tattoos (which are supposed to be against Islam).

Islam has actually fooled so many women into believing that they are to cover themselves up in the name of: “saving my beauty for my man”. I wonder if the trendy headscarf wearers in America, went over to the middle east and had a Muslim beat them with a stick for not covering themself up, I wonder if they would then think it is all about “saving your beauty”.

There are news reports now that the Fort Hood terrorist (oops…I mean victim) frequented strip clubs before the terrorist act. Hmmm….is this the same man who was looking for a “good muslim wife”? A muslim wife who would wear the hijab headscarf. Hmmmmmm

I honestly believe that liberals have a mental disorder.

This was a suicide bombing without the vest. He went to the place he knew would cause the most destruction and “set himself off” just like any other suicide bomber would have done in Iraq, Afghanistan or Pakistan. Only the Army medics saved his sorry a$$ and he is still alive. An infantry sergeant at Fort Hood told The Times that Major Hasan had been well know for having an “agenda” as he counseled soldiers returning from action. He added: “Put whatever politically correct whitewash on this you like, but there is no escaping this was a Muslim terrorist attack on US soil.”

In North eastern Africa, up thru Sudan and into Egypt Oman, Yemen, the old tradition is that the area from where the Wahhabists come from is where Satan lives.

A lot of Muslims are living pretty mundane, peaceful and normal lives, but Wahhabists can walk in a room and just radiate disapproval, an uber intolerance for anything not in conformity with their very strict and narrow conception of how things should be. Infidels of course are inferior, but also despised is moderate Islam, so many Muslims don’t make their harsh elite grade, and are fair game for brutalisation to either conform or be eliminated.
    It does stand out.
Sort of an Ebola virus, usually deadly, but because it’s so hot, it can ultimately fail by killing its hosts too fast, keeping it from spreading further.
It’s the job of people like Napolitano to be able to tell the difference, but just denying reality is a deadly game to play with the lives of Americans at home and all over the world.

When a Muslim wishes me a Merry Christmas I’ll believe they are tolerant. But guess what – they can’t and don’t because they don’t recognize other religions. They are not tolerant and they never really speak up or care when something like Ft Hood happens. It’s always about them – we have to protect them. How insulting to Americans – there’s no backlash. It’s a figment of the left’s imagination to show Americans as bigots.

There are none so blind as those who will not see!
Hey left wing media, facing the truth does not mean losing face!…it means accepting reality and dealing with it. Islam kills non muslims…plain and simple. Islam is an intolerant religion which fosters killing and is evil. Masses of people can be wrong! I offer you the German people under Hitler! They were WRONG! Stop dancing around the truth, the truth is all that matters. I am trying to understand if the American left media is stupid, blind or just cowards. Maybe their hate for their America is equal to that of the muslim’s hate. Any of these choices are bad but coward is the worst. The media bashes Christians without any fear of reprisal but to bash the peace loving muslim, now that would bring death. Stand up for the good or at least stop encouraging evil by making excuses for it.

Don’t you just love it how people who are not Muslim make sweeping pronouncements and apologies about the Muslim faith (Islam) as if they are one of them. I can imagine someone saying that they are confident that Hasan’s beliefs and actions represent a sizeble, but still minority, position in the Islamic world. At least this would be closer to the truth.

Janet Napolitano, the (according to every “good” muslim) infidel whore (who should be beaten through the streets for not covering her hair), should read the koran and the hadith.

    It’s all in there.

Mbabbit, the left loves islam. Of course. There are so many similarities. One, for example, is the blatant hatred for Jews. Another example is the hatred for freedom. Or take the hatred for democracy. For freedom of speech.

Show me one leftist country that has actual freedom of speech. You won’t find one.

Show me one muslim country that has actual freedom of speech. You won’t find one.

Of course the left loves the moosels.

Wanumba, it’s NOT the wahhabists alone. The problem is islam. That’s how it is. Islam is lacking a Martin Luther. It’s lacking reformation. It’s lacking an age of enlightenment. And it won’t get any of that because if there are reformists, they get killed. And not only by the wahhabists. No. Really, it’s not them alone. I just need to look at Germany to see how islam is THE problem.

There is no radical islam. There is no moderate islam. There is only islam.

We need more Churchills and Atatürks.

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk said: “Islam, this theology of an immoral Arab, is a dead thing.” He also declared islam “the enemy of Turkey”. He crushed islam in Turkey and built a modern nation. Today, this is crumbling. Today Turkey is on the way towards a backwater hellhole like Iran and Saudiarabia. Thanks to… no, not the wahhabists, not them, but rather thanks to islam.

Having a Homeland Security department is a waste of taxpayer money, if their main focus is no longer protecting the homeland and the safety of our troops. It is obvious that the current priority is being an apologist for a cold blooded, terrorist killer.
No one wants to see an entire group of people harrassed for his actions, but we are not children or the extremists they try to paint us as. I have not heard of one incident of Muslim harrassment as a result of Ft. Hood. This sickens me.

In England they deflect all blame from Muslims for attacks, and then the police attack and arrest their own indigenous people when they speak up about what is happening to their country. Yup, no logic, but this will be the normal course of events in America if the left continue to remain in power.

So what is the definition of a terrorist attack committed by Muslims anyhow? How many people must be slaughtered, wounded, or property destroyed before an attack by a Muslim shouting Allah Akabar will be recognized as a terrorist attack. Maybe someone should ask Janet what she defines as a terrorist attack. If you do not know your enemies, you will not be able to protect yourself from them.

It is this type of thinking that will get us all nuked! This is a complete failure of our government to accept the truth. We are at war with a reilgion that preachs death to all who do not believe as they do! Anyone who believes that crap about how there are moderate Muslims should be forced to walk through the middle east for a few days. If they live, i’m sure they will find there are no moderate Muslims only those who are faking to be moderate in order to gain our trust. it’s in the book. ask any American Moderate Muslim to discribe themselves and they say they are Jordanian Muslim or Palisstiian Muslim, not american. Wake up America! These people are out to destory our nation in the name of their God! You don’t make peace with someone who is taught from birth to kill you. The muslims have been at war with America since the day we won independence and the reason has been and will be until we wipe them out is that we are not Muslim! Nothng else! Anyone who has watched the Israeli and the Palistinians over the years and see how the Israelis kick the MUslims butts only to half stupid American politicain force Israel to seek peace allowing the Muslims to regroup and break the peace accord over things as small as someone boke wind too close to the border. It will continue to happen no matter what Israel gives up because it is taught and ingrained in the minds of the Muslims that they can not make peace with an infidel because it is a sin against their God. talking nice isn’t going to change that. Just like the Thuggies had to be wiped out in India before it was safe to live there we have to wipe out the Muslims before the world will be a safer place. If there were moderate Muslims thet would be putting a stop to the radicals without preassure from us but no they don’t do that. Pkaistan is fighting the taliban only becasue they threatened the powers that be within Pakistan not becasue their moderate and want to stop the radicals. Wake Up america! Take back our country from the politically correct fools and idiots and save it from destruction at the hands of a Muslim pretending to be a christain of some sort. Black racist isn’t a christian denomination that I’ve every heard of!

American Muslim radicals cheer Fort Hood shootings

(of course they’re both converts, one
was a Jew.. CNN is a serious joke..)

    The Third Jihad

According to John Brennan, head of the White House’s homeland security office, the war on terrorism is over. From now on, the administration will never use terms like “jihadists” and “global war” because doing so, as Mr. Brennan said, “risks giving these murderers the religious legitimacy they desperately seek but in no way deserve.” He insisted that the U.S. is at “war with al Qaeda” (“U.S. no longer at war with ‘terrorism’ ,” Page 1, Friday).

Could we be more blind? Acts of terror are rooted in the aspirations of Islamists to create an Islamic state and impose their version of Shariah law.

As a devout Muslim who, like many others across the world, is dedicated to fighting Islamism and its radical offshoots, I believe there is nothing more dangerous to our security in the long term than the leader of the free world remaining in categorical denial about the essence of this ever-so-real contest of ideas.

Al Qaeda had nothing to do with the string of radical Islamists arrested across the country — from North Carolina to New York, Oregon and New Jersey (to name but a few) — in the last year alone. The only thing these radicals have in common is their belief in a militant version of political Islam.

I certainly can understand the concern of making this a clash of religions, but that should not lead to outright misinformation. There is a civil war happening within the Muslim consciousness — between those who advocate for the Islamic state (Islamists) and those who believe in secular liberal democracies.

It certainly is not the role of any administration to determine who are “good” and “bad” jihadists. Not calling them exactly what they call themselves makes the White House the arbiter of who is and who is not a Muslim. This avoidance behavior allows American Islamists, like the Muslim Brotherhood’s front groups in Washington, to continue to deny their responsibility to lead the Islamic reform effort against Islamism and its role in radicalization — the real existential threat to the West.

The last administration used a term far too vague, labeling the tactic of terror as the enemy rather than the ideology of militant Islamism. Now we have swung the other way, targeting a single group that is but one manifestation of a global movement. The movement radicalizes Muslims and remains an ever-present danger to our citizenry and it should be identified as such.
