Nidal Hasan was a devout Muslim who reportedly attended mosque daily. His eyes lit up when he spoke of his beloved imam.
This weekend his former preacher weighed in on the Ft. Hood massacre.
Verum Serum reported this from his blog– Anwar al Awlaki Online:
Nidal Hassan [sic] is a hero. He is a man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people. This is a contradiction that many Muslims brush aside and just pretend that it doesn’t exist. Any decent Muslim cannot live, understanding properly his duties towards his Creator and his fellow Muslims, and yet serve as a US soldier. The US is leading the war against terrorism which in reality is a war against Islam. Its army is directly invading two Muslim countries and indirectly occupying the rest through its stooges.
Nidal opened fire on soldiers who were on their way to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. How can there be any dispute about the virtue of what he has done? In fact the only way a Muslim could Islamically justify serving as a soldier in the US army is if his intention is to follow the footsteps of men like Nidal.
The heroic act of brother Nidal also shows the dilemma of the Muslim American community. Increasingly they are being cornered into taking stances that would either make them betray Islam or betray their nation. Many amongst them are choosing the former. The Muslim organizations in America came out in a pitiful chorus condemning Nidal’s operation. The fact that fighting against the US army is an Islamic duty today cannot be disputed. No scholar with a grain of Islamic knowledge can defy the clear cut proofs that Muslims today have the right -rather the duty- to fight against American tyranny. Nidal has killed soldiers who were about to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in order to kill Muslims. The American Muslims who condemned his actions have committed treason against the Muslim Ummah and have fallen into hypocrisy.
Verum Serum has more on this preacher.
But, the state-run media wants you to believe this massacre was a case of “secondary trauma.”
More… U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda.

Using the Imam`s own logic, any Nation that now has a significant Muslim population may be considered to be an occupied Nation and the citizens should consider themselves to be at war with the occupying Muslim forces. Is this what the Iman wants?

At least the Islamic terrorists get it right. Nobody on our side can, but they see it as it was, a terrorist attack. His choice of weapon, the FN5.7 is a good indicator of his premeditation. I have friends who own the weapon and I am familiar with the ammo. It was designed by FN as a military weapon capable of defeating body armor at close range and being lethal out to 200m. This was no nutjob, or guy who went crazy at the last minute.
Fox had a good interview with a former officer who said that the 21st century battlefield is going to include our bases at home. Think about it, where else do we have a concentration of soldiers all unarmed? A great physical target and a great psychological target. As far as a kill ratio in a battle in Iraq or Afghanistan we average probably one to 50. We kill fifty of the bad guys to one of our soldiers getting killed. Looking at the attack in that light, as did Hasan, his attack killed 13 which is equivalent to saving 650 terrorists.
His musings about a soldier falling on a grenade is the same as a suicide bomber killing soldiers to save future terrorists lives makes sense when applied to his actions.
Still it could be that he was just stressed from all those interviews he did and all that worry about how he was being treated. Let’s ask Chris Matthews and Keith O. I’m sure they have a good handle on it…

Hi Terry! (a friend in Hadera) The targeted assassination of exponents of mass murder hasn’t yet happened on US soil. If you’ll notice, the FBI seems to protect these guys. Didn’t the FBI say that Hasan’s act was’t terrorism? Didn’t the FBI hide reams of evidence proving the Oklahoma City bombing was a jihadi terror attack and help to rush through the execution of McVeigh?
America’s in very big trouble. Israel can pinpoint terror leaders in Gaza, but not in the Galilee (which doesn’t make sense since Raed Salah would be a perfect target).
American media, much like Israel’s, has trouble calling a spade a spade. However, because the Israeli media hasn’t rallied to the public’s side, Israelis have pretty much rejected them because it’s a matter or life or death. Just the other day, Israelis barely showed up for a “peace rally” addressed by none other than Dear Leader Hussein, whose message was a horrific mess of lies and who has no more than 4% support among Israelis. The American media is horrible, even Fox sent its weakest links (Shep, Geraldo) to put on a false front to the Hasan terror attacks (probably to curry favor with a threatening WH). At least the Israeli media calls these attacks terrorism without stupid, nonsensical excuses like “stress disorder”.
America differs in that it hasn’t yet had to confront the horrors of a multiplicity of terror attacks on civilians. It has had horrific attacks on whole buildings – WTC – twice, OKC, and there have been shooting attacks like Ft. Hood and at some malls, and of course, the DC sniper, but not yet the nightmarish terror of blown up buses, restaurants, etc. on a regular basis.
If it should ever come to that, G-d forbid, the people will have to shake the authorities awake. And that could cause a rout of the Islamo-Marxist usurpers in the WH and their supporters in Congress.

With commentary like this imam’s, I’m getting really sick and tired of being told that the onus is on US to not lash out at Muslims whenever some guy gets evil ideas in his head sitting in a mosque and goes and shoots people or blows something up.
Yes you want to be careful not to start thinking of every Muslim on the planet as the enemy, but let’s face it, the problem does stem from within the “ummah” (worldwide Muslim community). It isn’t Christians or Jews or Buddhists or Wiccans running around shooting children, blowing up buses, and howling for worldwide conquest and the subjugation of everybody else, and all the Scientologists do is sue and defame people.
Muslims, fix the problem in your midst.

Ooh. you brought up my favorite hot button topic.
The anger in me is so deep because it stems from the 90’s and the absolute denial in this country that this war started with the WTC part 1, the USS Cole and the ultimate denial, Timothy McVeigh.
Bush kept us relatively safe but the metrosexual in the WH (if not worse) has opened the door to attacks on American soil.

We all realise the truth can’t be spoken anymore. We will have to work with that fact in mind. I seriously doubt that even those who are rationalising Hasan’s actions believe what they are saying.
Political correctness was never just intended to make us all aware, to just open our hearts and minds. If that was all it had been intended for, it wouldn’t have been taken to such an absurd extreme as we are now being treated to.
This unnecessary tragedy is already being used as a political tool(let no crisis go without taking opportunity). For the redicalised imams, it will be used to further inflame anti-American propaganda. For politicians, it will be used to self-aggrandise, deaden our instincts and lull us into quiet acceptance.
I am not, nor would I ever, suggest we turn into angry mobs to end these campaigns of half-truths and manipulations, I am just advocating remaining true to ourselves and the pursuit of the truth.
It is obvious that there is a great advantage for the administration and some of those in the military for this to die down and disappear.
I don’t feel it is to anyone’s advantage to get bent out of shape but to remain clinical in our approach. I rather liked how Tucker Carlson made Geraldo squirm in his chair last evening. Tucker was succinct but resolved .

Flawless Islamic exegesis by the imam. Is NO ONE at the Pentagon, the WH, the FBI or State familiar with the dar al-Islam v. dar al-harb dichotomy that is a central tenet of Islam? Hasan’s actions were both entirely predictable and would be sanctioned by any salafist member of the ulema.

i copied this from some website:
Weak up America!
The Islamization is spreading around the world, like Europe to thesame in United States.
The old Bible written, in this generation will be a weak President of the United States tries to connect to the world’s Muslims with the USA, but they recognize it as a weakness of one of the major powers in the world and they will fight you like a cancer and spread inside of you.
Muslim is a Muslim does not matter if he is American or European, they hate the Christians not less then Jews.
“Kill non-Muslims wherever you find them. Lie in wait and Ambush them, Seize and capture them using every Stratagem of war.” Koran 9:5
Arab Muslim can have you home and slaughter the favorite sheep for you but once you leave his house he can stab you in your back in the name og “Alla acbar”! (great God)
their God is a Satan, since when is God agrees murdered in his name? When they say Alla they mean devil and it is not the same God of Christians and Jews.
See, you have warned!
You do not have to believe but in a few years time will speak for itself.
You see, I was a Muslim and now get Christianity and I heard as a Musli, lectures in the mosques of leaders who said the world will begin to disperse, if we can’t get control in power we can get it by our brain, then one day the whole world will be Islam and bit the other religion, that’s why hundreds of thousands began to dissipate in the world to this generation if not then or after the next generation will be Most Muslims in Europe and the United States until they get a Muslim governor and then they will take you impose toy their religion. Wait and see I am ashamed of them.
it’s just the begining!!!!!!!!

It’s not over until it’s over
According to John Brennan, head of the White House’s homeland security office, the war on terrorism is over. From now on, the administration will never use terms like “jihadists” and “global war” because doing so, as Mr. Brennan said, “risks giving these murderers the religious legitimacy they desperately seek but in no way deserve.” He insisted that the U.S. is at “war with al Qaeda” (“U.S. no longer at war with ‘terrorism’ ,” Page 1, Friday).
Could we be more blind? Acts of terror are rooted in the aspirations of Islamists to create an Islamic state and impose their version of Shariah law.
As a devout Muslim who, like many others across the world, is dedicated to fighting Islamism and its radical offshoots, I believe there is nothing more dangerous to our security in the long term than the leader of the free world remaining in categorical denial about the essence of this ever-so-real contest of ideas.
Al Qaeda had nothing to do with the string of radical Islamists arrested across the country — from North Carolina to New York, Oregon and New Jersey (to name but a few) — in the last year alone. The only thing these radicals have in common is their belief in a militant version of political Islam.
I certainly can understand the concern of making this a clash of religions, but that should not lead to outright misinformation. There is a civil war happening within the Muslim consciousness — between those who advocate for the Islamic state (Islamists) and those who believe in secular liberal democracies.
It certainly is not the role of any administration to determine who are “good” and “bad” jihadists. Not calling them exactly what they call themselves makes the White House the arbiter of who is and who is not a Muslim. This avoidance behavior allows American Islamists, like the Muslim Brotherhood’s front groups in Washington, to continue to deny their responsibility to lead the Islamic reform effort against Islamism and its role in radicalization — the real existential threat to the West.
The last administration used a term far too vague, labeling the tactic of terror as the enemy rather than the ideology of militant Islamism. Now we have swung the other way, targeting a single group that is but one manifestation of a global movement. The movement radicalizes Muslims and remains an ever-present danger to our citizenry and it should be identified as such.

I am going to take a page from our moonbat trolls old Bush playbook and say the following…
I question the timing on this.
Isn’t it interesting that some Moslem jihadi goes all shahid and shoots up Ft. Hood two days before the vote on Obamaocare?
Isn’t it interesting that DHS and the FBI knew about this guy and did nothing? Were they told by Obamao regime to “lay off” this guy and instead go after the “real terrorists” in the form of some little old lady “teabagger”?
What an easy way to divert any coverage by the MSM of the Corruptocrats taking over another large chunk of our economy and abrogating the Constitution too? That way it spares the Corruptocrats MSM propaganda wing from trying to spin Obamaocare as a “good thing” when everyone except the Obamaoworshipers and other denizens of the “reality-based community” can see it isn’t.

What ludicrous Site Offers Hassan was an adviser to Obama, tell me who your friends tell you who you are!
Perhaps instead Obama mess with bowing down to Arab kings, should not take care of internal security of the state? I’ll explain to you what view of life or the perception of life og Muslims, no matter where they live whether in Europe or the United States, they can have a family and make a decent living and be one of them all, but once the state “violates” their Muslim brothers in another country, at the moment they become enemies of the state. where they are does not matter if that country opened its doors and received them warmly, they do not count one yard and are able to kill the Christian neighbor or their best friend that ever was at the battle against a Muslim country. the point is not to blame their imam, also they are equally guilty, no one pointed the gun at their head to hurt American citizens, who is to blame here is the Koran encourages those who kill Muslims.
