They are clearing out the prisons in most of the liberal(salad tosser) states to make room for the “terrorists” who will refuse to pay for govt death care.
Wonder if the Senate will make this a crime against “The Brotherhood” punishable by a mandatory death sentence.

Is it fair to fine people who’ve purchased HSAs with pre-tax dollars? I posted here that the minute Pelosicare becomes law, HSAs aren’t one of the “nannystate-approved” health insurance policies.

Civil disobedience might become a choice we might have to face eventually, but right now we don’t. We can still act to stop this in the Senate, but we have to persevere. If Reid ramrods it through the Senate through reconciliation or if he somehow gets the 60 votes, then there’s the final bill. Assuming worst case and that gets through, then we’ve got the 2010 election–we should make it our job here to get a Republican dominated House and knock off enough Dems in the Senate to repeal the election and make sure that those Dem senators/representatives surviving who are in states/districts that are not deep blue will have to think twice about not overriding the expected presidential veto when the repeal legislation hits Bambi’s desk. Failing that, we have 2012 to further knock off Dem numbers in Congress and kick Bambi out of the White House. Then we’ll have a supportive President who can repeal this abomination.
Don’t let anyone tell you legislation can’t be repealed–it can and has been. Catastrophic health care coverage was repealed, Prohibition was repealed, the Tariff of Abominations was repealed, the Alien and Sedition Acts were sunsetted. Nothing is inevitable.
It might very well come to having to make that choice whether to risk jail through civil disobedience or not–but we’ve still got a ways to go before then. One step at a time.

So it has become the Liberal line that we should release people from jail for dealing drugs, but put people in jail who do not purchase a governmental-approved health plan?
How did they become a majority again?
Can we then lock drug dealers up for conducting an illegal medical drug dispensary that does not comply with Governmental regulations and requires cash payments instead of Government paperwork? Just wondering…

I won’t pay for it just on principle. When everyone including the illegals pay for health insurance then I’ll consider it.
We all pay or no one pays.
It’s getting to the point where it’s more preferable to live off the government, then to work. Octomom owns a 500,000 dollar house and has no job or husband. How does she pay for health insurance?
