Tacky Michelle Obama will be the first First Lady to appear in a reality TV show.
michelle obama
I’m putting my money on Michelle.
The Daily Mail reported:

Michelle Obama is to be the first presidential wife to appear on a reality TV series.

The First Lady will make a guest appearance on ‘Iron Chef America’ which features British cook Nigella Lawson as a judge.

The episode of the popular series, which pits well-known chefs against each others, has been filmed at the White House and will be aired in the New Year.

Many of the ingredients for the meals prepared in the show were chosen from the recently planted White House vegetable garden.

Mrs Obama agreed to take part in the show to promote her campaign of healthy living.

It is the first time a First Lady, or even a member of the White House staff, has featured in a TV reality show.

The move is likely to open up the White House to more criticism over its increasing links to Hollywood.

Last week it was revealed that a list of visitors to the White House in the first nine months of the Obama presidency was peppered with celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey, George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Denzel Washington.

My gosh, I’ve been thinking about boycotting FoodNetwork and particully the Next Iron Chef because they have a ridiculous sustainability judge on there. Seriously. what a joke.
Michhelle Obama puts me over the edge. I can’t handle this stupidity for too much longer.

That picture cracks me up! I may have to report it as “fishy”…it’s not “razzle-dazzle” enough:-)
Seriously, that photo porbably captures the true Michelle-O more than any other.
    Except for maybe this one…..

I remember that pic with the Birdie-in-chief. Wasn’t that at some dinner meeting with an Islamic cleric?

I think he gave quite a few the birdie too. Including his good buddy Hillary.

This week’s episode of Biggest Loser also was permitted into the White House kitchen to cook from the garden. It was pure propaganda!

Biggest Loser, Iron Chef…my question is How much food is in this garden?

Remember the movie, “Wag the Dog”? I always felt as though the underlying current of the movie was a documentary rather than the alternative.

We need a REALITY TV show about the ObamaNation. The sinister David Axelrod, reptilian Rahm Emanuel, homely Michelle, the goofy narcissistic Barack jr with his “weird” extended paternal relatives and large number of half-siblings. It would be too bizarre to be believed – but it would be a highly viewed show if produced well (remember what Dustin Hoffman said about Wag the Dog? It’s all about producing)

The woman has absolutely no sense of style, class, or proper decorum required of the “first lady of the land”. She hasn’t even any sense of “noblesse oblige”.

Without affirmative action and crooked politicians, she’d just be trailer trash. As it is, she’s white house trash.

I will be sooooooo glad when those clowns are out of our White House!!!

    Crystal,

    Great photo!

I am so tired of this couple intruding in our private lives. Another reason to strike another network off my list. But, I am having to rethink ABC for the new tv show “V”..maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Well no more Food Network for me! No more Iron Chef America. That program is supposed to be a competition show for chefs not idiots like her. Hell she couldn’t even grow a tiny garden. It was all about a PHOTO OPT just like her PHOTO OPT husband.

    Get…off…of…my…television.

Get a real job, Michelle, like actually WORKING towards ending childhood hunger and supporting healthy diets, and not just promoting your opinion.

Opinions are like something that everyone has one of. So what. Put some sweat into it, instead of face time. You are doing nothing to help any cause.

    Pathetic.

    Can she even cook?

I mean really COOK, not warming up something in the microwave.

I’m a guy and I can cook. Thanks to the “crazy cooking genes from Bohemia” that I have from my mother’s side of the family. I can make a six-course dinner for ten people.

    Can Michelle O do that?

Or does “cooking” in her dictionary stand for “I order people around”?

The Klingon is just doing what she can not comprehend. She thinks she is still in Chicago and needs to appear occasionally to justify her overpriced paycheck. The idea of class is foreign to her, but her handlers keep telling her she is doing wonderful. Growing up as trash does not lead to changing to a rose in only on year.

The woman is tacky. So what? I am a conservative and have been an avid reader of this blog for many years. I think this item is ridiculus and should have been ignored. Do what you do best, focus on the political problems this administration is causing and stop wandering off-topic. I know you are not petty and desparate, but posts like this sure make you look that way. Obama himself provides plenty of topics to criticize. Stick to the real stuff and leave this kind of post to TMZ.

Nope. It’s just too damn much fun. The woman is a travesty; and belongs behind a diner counter rather than in our white house.

Besides, for eight years we had to listen to the leftists revile not only George Bush, but his wife AND CHILDREN as well. It would seem only fair that the narcissistic man-child and the first yeti get a bit of the same. (You will note that no one has mentioned the children yet. We do have some standards.)

In the interest of bipartisanship, of course.

While it may, indeed, not be the most elevated or elevating conversation, it IS fun; and it’s going to continue.

    Well, that makes sense.

Michelle O’s character and personality fit perfectly into the category of people “acting” on today’s reality shows.

Just think: she won’t be required to do much training since so much of what belongs on reality shows is already part of M.O.’s natural essence!

Low is LOW, no matter who the actor!

Go ahead! Degrade White House expectations even more, M.O.! Guarantee that all respect flies out the window! It’s pretty much already gone, anyway!

    Heckuvajob, M.O.!

If the show was not pre-recorded there will very few fresh produce items coming out of an outside garden in D.C. I live a far piece south of D.C. and the only thing left in the garden is turnips.
I saw a real picture of M.O. and one of Laura Bush exiting AF1 and the logo said. ‘the difference in class and trash’. L.B. looked like the classy lady she is, M.O. looked like she was leaving a $2 whore house after working a 48 hour shift.
