Unreal. This is infuriating.
After spending nearly a trillion of US taxpayer dollars on his record stimulus bill that produced bogus results Obama says that too much debt could result in a second recession.
Here’s the video from FOX News (not a real news service):

Barack Obama’s budget deficit in October was greater than George Bush’s budget deficit for all of 2007.
obama deficit
Obama tripled the national deficit his first year in office and he’s off to a record-setting start in fiscal year 2010.

By the way, as your read this remember- Team Obama told us a few months ago that, “Elevated deficits are beneficial.”
Reuters reported:

President Barack Obama gave his sternest warning yet about the need to contain rising U.S. deficits, saying on Wednesday that if government debt were to pile up too much, it could lead to a double-dip recession.

With the U.S. unemployment rate at 10.2 percent, Obama told Fox News his administration faces a delicate balance of trying to boost the economy and spur job creation while putting the economy on a path toward long-term deficit reduction.

His administration was considering ways to accelerate economic growth, with tax measures among the options to give companies incentives to hire, Obama said in the interview with Fox conducted in Beijing during his nine-day trip to Asia.

It is important though to recognize if we keep on adding to the debt, even in the midst of this recovery, that at some point, people could lose confidence in the U.S. economy in a way that could actually lead to a double-dip recession,” he said.

But he’s still going to push his mega-billion dollar nationalized health care plan on America.

    This statement is incoherent.

“It is important though to recognize if we keep on adding to the debt, even in the midst of this recovery, that at some point, people could lose confidence in the U.S. economy in a way that could actually lead to a double-dip recession,”

What recovery is he speaking of…? For him to suggest that we are in a recovery and all he has to do is simply sign something and everything will be OK shows a fundamental inability to understand where jobs and money come from.
    How could he know ?
His whole life is filled with examples of him overseeing money he did not earn.
The guy never so much as ran a hot dog stand but he is now lecturing us on the dangerous of the recession he is feeding with his massive spending and borrowing.

Of course he does. 52% were stupid enough to vote for him.

I am loving the buyers remorse out of the few people I know that voted for him. When I explained to them how big of a tax hike they are looking at to fund the Hope and Change(TM) they were so gung ho about a year ago some of them actually started crying. Being a sensitive person I showed my sympathy for them and dried their tears with a heaping helping of Clue Bat(TM) with a side of “I told you so”.

Oh this is too rich. It’s as if Obama has maxed out all of his credit cards, taken out multiple mortgages on the White House, pawned everything he owns (and even doesn’t own), written a bunch of checks at one of those payday loan places….and then tells everyone, “Hey, YOU’D better start living within YOUR means, or YOU’LL have to bail ME out!”

Yep. Obama and Rahm are gettin’ ready for the 2010 elections by tacking hard-right.

They want their cake-and-eat-it-too…or should I say Obamacare-and-2010-elections-too.

They will claim, after the first of the year, that JOBS ARE THEIR FIRST PRIORITY.

They are banking on millions of Americans becoming lulled into the false realization, that THE ONE, stimulated a few jobs right before the 2010 elections….and therefore I must vote for the democrats, who cares sooo much about me.

I have never in my life, seen a bunch like these insidious democrats, who will go to ANY lengths, to manipulate the American people, just to ram their insane-American-hating-agenda down our throats.

After conservatives take back our government, we have got to clean most of these American-hating progressives out of our learning institutions, and get some balance of sanity back in our citizenry. I am starting to believe the in saying: “liberalism is a disease.

This is just the same ongoing tactic he uses—reinvent reality by relying on the uneducated/ignorant/blindly idealistic to buy whatever rolls out of his mouth. He has been doing it from the beginning by misrepresenting and lying about who he is. The lie/manipulation is Obama’s tool of choice and it only works when the populace is ignorant and uneducated. He isn’t going to win this one though–there are too many who clearly see what he is doing and he simply isn’t bright/crafty enough (thank God) to be as effective as he thinks he is. He is a chubby-fingered thug—simple, transparent, and heavy handed.

I’m thinking the only thing he took away from the Chinese trip is the Chinese giving him an Economics 101 class on how economies work.

I heard one of the commentators on Fox last night say “you know it’s bad when a communist government is lecturing you on spending too much money on government programs”.

I keep going back to O’Reilly saying during the election cycle that “Obama is brilliant”. I couldn’t believe it. I never thought he was brilliant. Now his ignorance is confirmed. He doesn’t have a clue. Being called out by the Chinese? Wow. Our country should be ashamed by this ridiculous Chicago politician and his immature advisors.

So, too much deficit spending, money-printing, and borrowing from China could send the country into a recession? But we are going to keep doing all of that PLUS add a trillion dollar government health care program that will kill hundreds of thousands of jobs, and raise costs for every business and every American who pays his or her own way. Since fewer jobs and fewer businesses mean lower tax revenues, that will mean further debt and even higher inflation. Add in 4-5$/gallon gasoline after the Cap and Waxman bill and you’ll be paying 10$ for a loaf a bread! Only you won’t have a job to buy any bread. Maybe Obama will let you into the bread line…if you have a Union Card, or a Black Panther Party armband…or are a Moooslim.

Squeaky, I saw that interview. Shelton was bewailing the black unemployment rate and claims “they” are assessing how much of the stimulus money can be “redirected” to help their situation. He was unintelligible. Bill Hemmer told him that the next time Shelton comes on Fox he has to have hard numbers to back up his assertions.

So, the hands are still out and the scramble is on to get their hands on the unspent stimulus money. Btw, hispanic unemployment was just a tick below black unemployment but Shelton didn’t bring that up, Hemmer did.

Tune into Fox Business Channel and hear what business leaders around the world think of Obama and his economic policies.

    ………………..
AS usual, telling us to our faces what he’s planning – a “double-dip recession.”
Guess his advisors figured out a single recession wasn’t enough to bring the nation to its collective knees, so they’re gonna throw more lead weights on, so that “people could lose confidence in the U.S. economy.”
WIth such a crisis, one will need a new currency, new government controls … a total Marxist overhaul.
The US isn’t desperate enough, but by gum, he’s planning to “fix” THAT.

He’s bowing all over Asia, even despite the national fury – so he either hasn’t heard or he has and is signalling his reality – that would be in harmony with his statement that “we are an Asian-Pacific nation” which means turnig our backs on Europe, code for “Western Civilization tradition.”

Loaded with Leftist symbolism and signals, that the media pretends aren’t signicant.

Fox News Obama Interview with Major Garrett..

Did Obummer just say he “always said job growth would lag behind economic growth”.. I thought he said his “Super Duper Gotta Pass It, Don’t Read It” Stimulusssssss was gonna keep unemployment around 8%.. lag doesn’t even begin to touch the gap between this guy’s flim-flam and the the jobless numbers..oh, lest I forget, he doing a lousey-duper job summit soon.. how reassuring! what a dip is spot on… no make that: what a double dip.
