After years of silence a traumatized Massachusetts teacher spoke out in an interview about what she witnessed at GLSEN’s Fistgate Conference in 2000. She also describes Barack Obama’s Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings’ role at the infamous conference that discussed “fisting” and “watersports” with children.

The Massachusetts teacher in this interview attended the conference and actually took the photo of Obama’s Safe School Czar Kevin Jennings sitting and holding a conference program during a break. Jennings was the keynote speaker at the conference.

The teacher claims that there is “no way” that Obama’s Safe School Czar did not know about the pornographic and sexually explicit material that was presented and discussed at the conference. Kevin Jennings is the founder of the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN).

Here is a partial transcript of the interview. The teacher wanted to remain anonymous out of safety considerations for herself and her family:

Jim Hoft- Gateway Pundit: I had a couple of more questions. One is did you see Kevin Jennings at the conference?

Massachusetts Teacher: Yes, he was the keynote speaker…

GP: So he was at this conference where they were promoting sexual acts with kids. They were promoting sex between kids and adults and he was the keynote speaker there?

MT: Yes.

GP: And it was his organization that actually ran the conference. Is that correct?

MT: Specifically, it was GLSEN Massachusetts. But remember, he not only founded GLSEN in Massachusetts but at that point he was the head of the national GLSEN which I believe was in New York City at that time. I don’t know where it is now. He was touted as this wonderful person who helped children so that they wouldn’t be harassed by parents, and other students…

GP: Right. Which sounds like a good thing.

MT: Oh yeah. It sounds really good because there’s not a single teacher I know that wants any child to be mistreated… And so all of these things sound really good.

GP: Right… So let me ask you this. Was Kevin, did you see him throughout the day? Do you recall him at all?

MT: Um. The last time I saw him was when I snapped the picture of him and Wallace Bachman* that was taken in the front row of the auditorium. I knew that I wanted to get his picture. Cameras were not outlawed the first year (2000)… Now in that picture Wallace Bachman is on the left and Kevin is on the right and Adam is giving him a lunch ticket. I took it just at the moment they were looking down and it wasn’t a real attractive… It was one of those pictures you really want to get.

GP: It’s a great picture. So there’s no way. Let me ask you this, there’s no way that Kevin Jennings could have been at this conference and not know that there was this explosive sexual speeches, talks, materials around the conference?

MT: This whole conference was his dream and his mindset. This was his vision from the very beginning.

GP: So there was no way that they would have had material there that he would not have, would you say approved of?

MT: Obviously, this is material that he advocates. Even today if you read the text of some of the books that they put out.

GP: That was up on my blog, by the way.

MT: He knew about that too. He knows about everything all along. Remember, the buck stops with him. He was the head of all of this.

GP: OK.

MT: He brought in all of the people that would agree with him as any administrator would do. You bring in people who agree with you who you can work with.

GP: Sure. Alright. Oh wow! That’s a powerful statement right there. That’s really powerful.

Today Kevin Jennings is Barack Obama’s Safe Schools Czar.

* -The teacher said the man sitting with Kevin Jennings was Adam Glick but others told me it was Wallace Bachman.

There’s more to come.

I’ll never understand people who see something so outrageous and vile as this happening in their SCHOOL, and internalize it in nervous silence. It’s bad enough when this kind of thing happens to adults, but to your kids????! These children are our future!

This is exactly how horrible things happen. When people don’t speak up, even anonymously, the evil spreads and roots itself.

Just look at this corrupt, thuggish, America-hating government, filled with “czars” and fascists out to destroy America, the Constitution, the very citizens of this great republic.

Whoever sits back in silence and doesn’t speak up for what is right is as guilty as one who wishes to destroy us.

What I find most troubling in this whole ‘fistgate’ debacle is not necessarily the behavior and intention of Kevin Jennings (as there are always twisted, sick people in the world), but rather Obama’s foolhardy decision to appoint him Safe School Czar. The destruction of America will come not from Obama directly but his appointees to power. Read here:

    http://the-raw-deal.com/2009/12/14/259/

In the recent issue of ‘Golf Digest’ titled, “What Obama could learn from Tiger” there is quite a bit to be learned. Perhaps the most important lesson Obama can learn from El Tigre is this: the number of ‘transgressions’ become irrelevant with time. If you are going to sin, sin big…
    (and so he has)
…William Ayers, Tony Rezko, Reverend Wright/Wrong, Louis Farrakhan, Bernardine Rae Dohrn, Frank Marshall Davis, Rashid Khalidi, Father Michael Pfleger, George Soros, and the Acorn Community Org to name a few.

If these associations do not concern you, there’s a good chance you might be a radical leftist. In which case, “your Country no longer needs your services. Thank you for all you have done, however it is time for your return to North Korea.”

William Ayers – “Although I dearly wanted to obtain convictions against all the Weathermen, including Bill Ayers, I am very pleased to learn that he has become a responsible citizen.” (William C. Redwine, the problem is that most Americans are not even aware of this or actually aware of what is going on, has been going on with the government or the drastic things that have happened concerning the czars, the Congress, the dollar or even the fight over health care.

Americans even though they have access to news and information don’t know what is going on. The reason is not that they would not care IF THEY KNEW, but because they are not interested in NEWS. They watch everything but the NEWS. Reality shows, movies, game shows, almost anything other than what you and myself watch. They watch the propaganda put out on PBS, the History Channel and other fluff and buff channels. They don’t listen to talk radio, or if they do they really don’t listen to conservative or religious channels. They mostly spend their whole lives disregarding 90 percent of everything that goes on around them.

When you get to the intercity, the real urban center of all of our large cities it goes up to over 90 percent. These average Americans are even less informed. If they get any information it is screened and funneled by the democrats which in most large cities are in charge of what the people hear and see. The top ten cities in America that are going broke and have the highest crime rates and highest percentage of people on welfare are and have been run by democrats.

If you keep people dumb and uninformed and feed them your propaganda you should not be surprised at what the results are.

Most of America will never even know about this corruption of American Children.

Jennings should be in jail. I have not seen anything like this in my school. As a conservative Teacher, and you would be surprised how many of us there are, any attempt to show my children this filth would result in a riot. I would call parents, local clergy, and law enforcement. This would be stopped quickly and the individual that brings such material on to school grounds can look forward to a violent confrontation. Not all schools are breading grounds for this type of trash. You can help. Run for school board positions or at least attend meetings and make your voice heard. You do not need to have children in school to be involved. It does matter.

The trouble is, even if Jennings gets the boot, he will still have GLSEN. Even if Jennings somehow, miraculously, has to ditch GLSEN…we still have GLSEN in public schools all across the nation, teaching kids the arts of perversion.

“Maranatha.” is all I can say at this point, because there is no other solution, short of the unmentionable. Conservatives won’t act like Ayers et al. in their terrorist heyday. Whether this is a fortunate thing or not is debatable.

I do think it is fortunate that we don’t do the sort of terrorism that Ayers and his comrades engaged in, because that is what the current powers would like, more than anything, to justify putting the boot of State down on conservatism.

Since we cannot change the system, it would be best to take your kids out of it. It would be best to start a national movement to take your kids out of the public schools, NOW. Before long, that course of action will become illegal.

GilbertNSullivan, past associations mean you were probably influenced by those associations in your formation of ideas for governance. As for Fistgate, it would not be relevant if Jennings were not an appointed person who could have influence over “safety” of our schools. It DOES pertain to the here and now in that context, whether you like it or not.

The flip side of this so-called harassment is making all of us shut up to permit them do whatever they want without approbation. If they can’t get us to accept it, first they get us to shut up. Then it’s commonplace. Then it’s completely acceptable.

Up until recently in the history of the world, “harassment” let people know where the boundaries to acceptable behavior were. Pedophiles knew what they were doing was wrong. Now it’s approved by so loudly by so many, it’s not perceived as so wrong. It’s just another life choice of mainstreamed perversions.

They’re wrong, they’re ugly, they’re evil. We just have to accept it all and then we’re modern model citizens.

Drudge often juxtaposes new stories with older stories in order to make a point. Quite often, in fact. None today, unless you count a story about a past interview given by Woods, in which he talks about putting his family first.

Regardless, Drudge Report is NOT just a news site, covering only “breaking” news. This has been obvious for years.

Redwine: “I was talking about people who witness something so horrific as the GLSEN events in their schools and in their neighborhoods and don’t speak up”

OK, I missed that but have a comment on the above.

How are “people” (I assume you either mean parents or others that knew [in some manner] about these events at schools) did not speak or shout out what had happened?

That’s the whole problem. First off, most parents have little to do with their children when it comes to schooling. They send them off, pick them up or most likely let the busses bring them home and don’t even ask about what is going on in school. Ever been to a PTA meeting? Even in small towns the turn out is dismal. In large cities, it’s even worse. Ever talk to the principle. Principles say that getting parents involved with their children’s edcuation is a losing battle. They are all too busy, and have many excuses. IF they can even locate or talk to them..I have many friends in our local schools system. Teachers, Principles and School board members. They all say that the majority of parents are just “missing”. What that means is that they are not involved with their children’s education. BTW…I have had to counter the nonsense and misinformation that is being taught in some (many) instances to my grand kids. But they say that they have to teach to the “Books”. Which as you might know are all left leaning progressive misinformation.

OK, I’m starting to get pissed and ruin my day. I think I will quit now.

But was only revealed in November and is, therefore, news, no? Unlike this, about which there was a court case at the time. Had Jennings actually been there – there’s yet to be any evidence shown that he was – maybe that would have been cause to get your panties in twist… back in May.

Try to imagine if a Christian group (like the Gideons who have been banned) went to a school or university to talk about Christ. We don’t need to imagine because it’s history.

When my oldest went to Mizzou, there was a summer orientation where students and parents were separated for a series of talks.

I decided to sit in on the diversity talk. I was stopped at the door, where I pushed my way in and took a seat.

During this session, a group of students performed skits that mocked Christianity and smaall town values as “closed,” lauded homosexuality, and encouraged students to learn “outside” the classroom.

One young man put a condom over his fist and stretched it up to his elbow, showing how durable the condom was…

Be on guard, parents. This is everywhere. At lunch I shared the experience with some parents from my son’s high school. One told me “I was sick.” There you have it.

    G&S,
The news is the revelations. Which are just now coming out (so to speak.) The news is that this sick, twisted man has been given a position with influence over what children are taught.

Do you really think that voicing opinions on a website can be accurately called “outrage”?

If we were donning black masks and keffiyas and throwing all manner of objects at people we disagree with, in the streets, like the Left does at the drop of a hat, then “outrage” would apply. If we were destroying property belonging to people we disagree with, which tactic the Left also seems to have an innate tendency to do, then “outrage” might apply. If we were screaming and shouting down speakers at public events to which these speakers were invited and have an audience willing to listen, and shutting these events down with thuggish behavior, you know, like the Left does every other day all across this nation, it could rightly be called “outrage”.

What you are seeing here is quite the opposite.
Urging folks to call their representatives, signing petitions, and discussing these issues openly is hardly “outrage”. As a Leftist, you should be quite familiar with outrage, as your side of the political spectrum seems to have a monopoly on it.

Thanks for putting words to what is happening.

And not happening on the conservative side.

But…conservatives speaking out is really something new, even if it it not going to be enough. It used to be, the conservatives were the “silent Americans”.

Well, at least they are starting to understand that being silent and unseen is not working, except to work against them and their beliefs.

I hope that the millions of silent Americans will come out next year. Spend some of their hard earned, scarce dollars to go to Tea Parties, School or local council meetings or any place their voices and anger can be heard.

If not well I guess everyone will get what they deserve.

This is evidence? We don’t know who this teacher is or even if she is a teacher. For all we know, it could have been a person dragged off of the street and paid. It’s the same as taping an anonymous person accusing someone of murder. No court in the world would think that such evidence is admissable and the same is with this nonsense.

Anyone who justifies this behavior, whether it happened in 2000 or 2009, has no soul or sense of morality.

You can argue technicalities, you can speak in nuances, you can say the sky is green, even when it is blue. That is your freedom of speech.

Bottom line: this is NOT information for 14 year olds. This is NOT information that should be condoned by a presidential appointee.

Got it? Simple enough for you? I am weary of your “intellectual” smoke screens. (Does this remind anyone of Clinton’s “what is the meaning of “is” “)? Common sense, DECENCY, and LAWS demand Jennings step down and anyone associated with GLSEN be arrested for exploiting children. You all justify sex between adults and children and see no problems with this practice. You all should be arrested as well.

Stop your prattling. You libs or progressives or whatever you want to call yourselves are disgusting. You’re as filthy as fisting.

As a Leftist, you should be quite familiar with outrage, as your side of the political spectrum seems to have a monopoly on it.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Nobody mentioned a “radical homosexual plot to take over America”. That is typical of you leftists, however. Misrepresent what has been said and raise it to absurd degrees. (We’ve read Alinsky, too).
You know that that isn’t what was said – but you hope that – by making an absurd accusation – you can destroy any rational discussion of the perversion of school children by the left.

Now, gilly, we really don’t care what you and yours choose to do in the privacy of your own homes. Nor do we care that you try to imagine those practices are in any way “normal” and innocent.
What we do care about – and object to most vehemently – is you and your leftist crowd trying to teach those sort of things to our children. That will, most certainly, provoke a reaction that the left will regret.

    GilbertRSullivan:

“er… because this happened in 2000…”

If you would have read more extensively on the subject….

The incident in 2000: “created such an uproar that GLSEN leaders were forced to apologize for their disgusting behavior.

Despite the controversy, Barack Obama’s Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings and his GLSEN organization DID NOTHING to clean up their act. In fact in 2001 activists handed out “fisting kits” to the children and teachers who attended the GLSEN conference.

But that’s not all. The children who attended Kevin Jennnings’ GLSEN 2005 Conference also left with their own “Little Black Book – Queer in the 21st Century”.

This book exposes the young teens to–
Rimming – Fisting – Water Sports (Pi$$ Play) – Toys”

Oh, look at that. This questionable activity continued in 2001 and in 2005. Doh!

You may want this swept this under the rug but as more and more comes out (it is unavoidable) I don’t think it will look better for Jennings and his group (a founder) GLSEN.

Just stop trying to defend the indefensible and join the world of rational thought in wanting to see the ouster of Jennings. Putting up an inept defense of a pedophile praising, statutory rape ignoring individual such as this just comes off as grasping at straws.

Except nobody is infringing on your property rights here so this is an absurd analogy. The disputed material was supposedly disseminated in public schools, much in the same way that lots of material that is objectionable to lots of different people is also disseminated. Last I checked, you and other prudish conservatives do not have a right to not have your children exposed to things you find offensive when they’re at school. If you don’t like it then you can, pursuant to relevant state and local laws, remove them and enroll them in a private school, charter school, or homeschool them.

@Solaratov: “What we do care about – and object to most vehemently – is you and your leftist crowd trying to teach those sort of things to our children. That will, most certainly, provoke a reaction that the left will regret.”

    GilbertNSullivan,

As I was preparing to explain my comments to you, I realized [CherCropper] had adequately summed up my thoughts. While I did say Obama’s dangerous appointees would lead to the eventual downfall of America, I did NOT say his associations were all appointees. I referenced the many associations of the President to illustrate how dangerous people directly influence the decisions being made in Congress.

Further, the issue with Kevin Jennings lies not with his sexual orientation, rather the information he is delivering to our children. Am I to assume you support Jennings informing children about “spitting vs. swallowing” and proper “fisting” practices? Or perhaps his advice to a confused 15 year old involved in a sexual relationship with an adult male? Look, I have no interest in bickering about the issues plaguing America, but I do have tremendous interest in standing up for what I believe is right.

Lastly, this patriot is not going anywhere. I do however like the idea of secession for you, but would rather your new colony find a new home outside our American border. Good luck.

@Nathan R Jessup: “Am I to assume you support Jennings informing children about “spitting vs. swallowing” and proper “fisting” practices?”

If kids are going to be engaging in this stuff (and many are), then they should know how to do it safely. Gay kids are especially vulnerable here because they have trouble finding any adults they can trust to talk to about their own sexual safety. I’ve mentored troubled gay youths and they are often at serious risk because good information is so hard for them to come by. If GLSEN helped just one person, no matter what his or her age, to not hurt himself or herself by engaging in certain sexual practices without taking the proper precautions and knowing the risks, then it’s all worth it, no matter how many uptight conservatives are offended. Instead of sitting here and complaining about how the country is going to hell, how about you and others go and volunteer to mentor at-risk teens instead? That way you’d actually be doing some good for once instead of throwing temper tantrums on internet forums.

Like I said to Gilbert, I am not here to ‘throw temper tantrums’ and I certainly hope I have not given you that impression. However, I am here to share ideas, thoughts and concerns about a Country that does in part, belong to me. This is my home Russell, I care a great deal about my home.

In reference to your recommendation to work with troubled, at-risk teens; I do actively participate in many organizations that ‘give back’ to society (however, I choose not to soap-box my philanthropic efforts simply to gain more clout with you or anyone else). I am glad you work with these kids but am quite concerned about what you might be teaching.

Your willingness to endorse Jennings’ behavior with the children quite frankly, scares me. Are you aware that ‘informing’ these children of ‘safe practices’ as you call them, actually informs and ultimately promotes the behavior being discussed? I am curious to know if you would endorse teaching drug-free children how to properly shoot heroine?

Fistgate was reported when it happened (see MassResistance) but the media ignored it. Many parents have been trying for years to alert their school administrators to the extremely devious and dangerous role GLSEN has been assuming in the public schools (Day of Silence, Coming Out Day, etc.), teaming up with Planned Parenthood to provide sex education curriculum and “diversity” materials and even soliciting stories of middle school students — encouraging them to identify as “different” and report how the atmosphere in their school was so oppressively heterosexist. GLSN has slick training programs and packages to encourage students to pressure their school administration to permit GLBT clubs and sponsor awareness activities. And — obviously it worked!

Well, now, let’s see what we have here. An anonymous person is asked if she saw the president of GLSEN at one of its events, and she says (gasp!) he gave the keynote speech. Why should that be so awful? He WAS the organization’s president after all. Then there was the so-called “fistgate” business. What really happened? Some kid asked what “fisting” was, and he was told exactly what it was. What’s bad about someone receiving a correct answer to a question? I’m sure he wouldn’t have learned about its health risks in school. You’ll have to excuse me for sounding suspicious of all the hoopla on this site, but I’m just a straight guy from New Jersey who’s been married to the same woman for 43 years, and I can’t get as excited over this stuff as you do. Unlike Christian fundamentalists, I could care less what consenting adults do in their bedrooms. Homosexuality has been around for thousands of years, and will no doubt continue to be around for thousands more. It doesn’t affect my marriage, my family or my wallet, so why should care?
