How about we do all of this spending “voluntarily”? Those who agree with the funding of junk science would be welcome to donate as much of THEIR money as they’d care to give. Those of us who DON’T believe in junk science would give what we’d care to give – NOTHING.

This has been the plan all along. Al Gore mentioned the $100 billion figure in “Earth and the Balance” back in the ’80s. It was his Marshall Plan for the environment. He also denied this in his VP debate with Dan Quayle. But Quayle was right, it’s right there in Gore’s book.

You can’t throw money at developing countries and expect them not to develop a dependence on other countries to help support them, just like you can’t continue to give monies to the poor and expect them to fend for themselves. The global warming bullcrap is just another excuse to distribute the wealth, not only in America, but in the entire world.
