Here’s the latest piece of scum to float to the surface…
A book published today by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin The Race of a Lifetime reveals that Hillary Clinton accused Obama of cheating during their historic 2008 campaign race.
This is a pretty serious charge. Let’s see if the US media covers it.
Founding Bloggers discovered this nugget from the Times Online report today:
Hillary Clinton is depicted — and quoted — as foul-mouthed and consumed with anger over what she saw as the media’s kid-gloved treatment of Mr Obama. She was convinced that he had cheated at the start of their marathon primary contest by bringing in outsiders to vote in the Iowa caucuses, and when it was over she was supremely reluctant to work for him, the authors claim.
How dare she accuse Obama of cheating!
What proof does she have that the ACORN King would cheat in an election.
The absolute gall of that woman.

Not having read the book, but having heard many quotes from it, it is beginning to seem as if this whole book is a slam on all politicians–except Obama. If so, the book sounds suspect.

it might not be cheating but there was an article up a week or so ago about folks in very blue sections of N.Y. who have 2nd homes in red leaning sections of N.Y. choosing to vote from the 2nd home – could explain blue wins in what were red areas.

Having ACORN get half of the citizen in cemetery to vote is not cheating. We call it “organizing” not cheating.
I was just thinking about the State Department’s colossal security failure to revoke Musa’ab Omar Al Madhwani US visa. The stuck out like a sore thumb. Now, he is all lawyered up and won’t give us any more information. Someone at the State Department has to go under the bus.
Let’s see who is that person running the State Department…Oh, that is right, it’s Hillary Clinton. I have always hated that woman. Axelrod, I want her thrown under the bus – now. I don’t care how you do it.
I am going on a long Limousine Ride and when I get back I expect to see tire tracks across Hillary’s mashed carcass. Just do it! Bill will thank us. I must look busy. Good day.

D’oh! Of course he did and of course she was spitting mad–it’s not nice to use foul, libbie tricks on other libbies.
I’m worried about the special election in Mass (19th) being “cheated,” too.

If Clinton knew Obama had committed election fraud she had an obligation to ask the authorities to investigate. She of course would make a political rather than ethical calculation.
January 11th, 2010 | 7:28 am | #8
As KR wrote, the Clinton campaign made a very long documentary about the fraud perpetrated by the Obama campaign. It should be noted that the members of the press are sadly not well educated enough to grasp that story in the form of a documentary film – however, if it had been presented as a bedtime story and served up with cookies and warm milk the “well educated” members of the press may have been able to figure it out. I should stress “may have been able to figure it out”, members of the press really aren’t very bright so it’s possible that even the cookies and warm milk may not have helped with this story.

Well, anybody other than the members of the press that is…

The Congenital Liar has been such a quiet and meek little soldier of the Blowhard that I just can’t help wondering if he has something on her that he’s using as blackmail. Did he tell her to drop out of the race and, in return, he’d give her Secretary of State plus payment of her campaign expenses?
Having said that, I would not be surprised if she’s gone even before the Blowhard’s first term ends.
Something smells bad about this whole arrangement.

Obama and the Party gave Hillary the SoS gig as compensation for dropping out of the primary to avoid a very contentious convention.
She took the SoS gig to position herself for another run at the Presidency by distancing herself from the domestic policies which were sure to be unpopular, and to gain what can be perceived to be foreign policy experience. She can blame all foreign policy failures on Obama, because as President he sets foreign policy and she is/was simply following orders.
If Obama fires her she can claim victimhood, “I was loyally following orders!”
If US foreign policy gets worse and worse she can resign claiming, “I cannot in good conscience…”
If Obama becomes so unpopular that it becomes unlikely he can win reelection then she can run against him in the primary, or, the Party can step in and have her replace Biden as VP so she can run as the sitting VP after Obama announces he will not seek reelection.

“The relationship between Barack Obama and Joe Biden grew so strained during the 2008 campaign, according to a new book, that the two rarely spoke and aides not only kept Biden off internal conference calls but refused to even tell him they existed.
…
“[W]hen Biden, at an October fund-raiser in Seattle, famously predicted that Obama would be tested with an international crisis, the then-Illinois senator had had enough.
“‘How many times is Biden gonna say something stupid?’ he demanded of his advisers on a conference call, a moment at which most people on the call said the candidate was as angry as they had ever heard him.
…
“Speaking to his own staff, Biden insisted that it hadn’t really been a gaffe. And feeling a bit defensive, he invoked one of the worst memories of Obama’s primary campaign.
“‘I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t say anything about bitter people who cling to their guns and religion,’ Biden cracked, the authors paraphrase.”

Let’s see:
In 2008 Texas had a Democratic primary AND a caucus. Hillary won the primary (secret ballot, poll workers), and Obama won the caucus (open voting, chaos).
Draw your own conclusions.
January 11th, 2010 | 12:44 pm | #26
Obama did cheat in the caucuses, and there was plenty of evidence that he did. I worked for months with lawyers putting together over 5000 affidavits of testimony and evidence of voter fraud committed the caucuses by the Obama campaign. We presented it to the DNC and they did nothing. We also gave it to all the media players and they remained silence. The establishment guaranteed Obama’s win. They were all in on the scam. Hate Hillary all you want, but facts are facts. Google caucus fraud yourself to learn the truth. Watch We Will Not Be Silenced. Obama stole the primary period.
January 11th, 2010 | 12:59 pm | #27
I have been saying this since we say John McCain leading the Republican ticket in the primaries.
If Obama had the ‘monster voting ACORN machine’ to help get him elected…..why couldn’t he use it in the Republican primaries too? Why ‘hold the monster back’ only for the November 4th election? Why not use it in the Republican primaries to get the most Progressive Republican, the easiest defeated Republican, the one that will vote like Progressive Liberals if the plan doesn’t work?
Come on…..every Conservative out there kept being shocked by the success of John McCain in the Primaries, there were much better candidates, but there was John McCain leading after every Primary.
John McCain had no hope of getting in the Whitehouse until his ‘Palin’ decision. Take a look at the Republican Primaries voter turnout numbers, then take a look at the Novemeber 4th numbers. There is a ‘fox in the henhouse’.
Could Obama have used his ‘voting monster’ to ‘load the deck’ so that using the best case scenario: he gets the easiest defeatable Republican in the ring to fight, or worst case scenario he gets the most Liberal Progressive Republican that will vote most like Obama/Democrats in the Whitehouse.
Did Obama create a ‘win-win’ scenario?
January 11th, 2010 | 1:47 pm | #28
This is absolutely true. Look up the states where they had caucuses and guess who won.
They sent ACORN workers to fill the rooms in the caucuses. Look at Texas where they had an election and a caucus. Hillary won the election and Obama won the caucuses. They didn’t know why the difference. Hello? But poor Hillary couldn’t accuse Obama and ACORN of this because she feared being labeled a racist and possibly losing the three black votes she may have still had.

Hillary Accused Obama of Cheating in Primaries
not so new news (just a sample)..
Obama did cheat, as did Pelosi, not to mention Dean & the DNC..
what makes Hllary think she’s so special..
when she knows dang well that Dems not
only use their own, but eat them as well..
what Hillary needed to do was EXPOSE
the DNC & Obama et al “at that time”..
bottom line:
she sold her silence for a high position & debt payoffs..
you can’t have always your cake & eat it too..
live with it Hillary, we damn well have to, gah!!

both Obama & his “opponent” were “chosen” by the powers that be.. and that power is not “we the people”.. we’ve obviously let that slip out of our hands a long time passing via our ‘S’election to grave Political Reps..*sigh*

Hillbuzz had a really good post on what happened at the Iowa caucus. The Obots bussed in people, and made sure that the Hillary Iowa supporters were turned away at the door. It was more than a done deal.
The OBOT is a cheat and a big fraud.

No matter what Hillary Clinton is put through, it’s always a calculated maneuver on her part. Sheesh.
Republicans face the ultimate ethical issue of actually admiting that the democrats threw Hillary Clinton under the bus, which in turn will give her the public sympathy vote.
Bill O’Reilly practically blew a gasket at how she was being treated by the MSNBC led media.
Unfortunately, there is a core group of republicans who so hate the Clintons they can’t respect how the media did them in yet the Clintons did not give up.
