Founding Bloggers released another photo today that confirmed HuffPo‘s utterly useless observation that Sarah Palin reads palms.

Obama sets up TelePrompters in 6th grade classrooms and reads from the glass during committee meetings but the Left is freaking out because Sarah Palin wrote seven words on her hand. It figures.
UPDATE: Obama writes on his hand too!

February 7th, 2010 | 1:51 pm | #1
Maybe they’d agree to a “speech off”, where Palin and Obama can see who wins with no notes, no teleprompters and no markers on their hands. I kinda think they wouldn’t take me up on that.
February 7th, 2010 | 1:56 pm | #2
OH MY GOODNESS! I bet people can’t wait to vote for someone so clueless that they need to write down a total of four points on their hand! Is there no amount of evidence you people need that she hasn’t got the brains to be President? I mean, come on! If Obama did this it would be evidence of his stupidity, but when Sarah does it, “move on, nothing to see here”.
February 7th, 2010 | 1:59 pm | #3
It’s interesting that Palin doesn’t need her nose in the upright and latched position, characteristic of the ONE’s nose in the air seances.
She also doesn’t use the words I or me.

In my opinion, those words should be enscribed in every Americans hearts What a great set of words to very succintly describe the Tea Party goals and ideals. No wonder the Left is foaming. How dare any one talk about energy and lifting the spirits of America when that is what the Left is trying to destroy. Huff away dudes. The fresh wind is blowing strong from the West.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:14 pm | #6
So, the party of President Teleprompter thinks Palin is stupid because she writes notes on her hand? The party of the thoroughly arranged and scripted townhall is outraged that she may have known the questions in advance?
These people amaze me.
Think about it, only a FOOL would take the advice of their enemy. this means that whatever advice the left gives us is EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE of what we should do.
If they really thought that going moderate would benefit us, do you think they would advise us to? Their 24/7 freak-out about the teaparty movement only reinforces that it is the right thing to do.

shhhhh, dont tell anyone, but i got a whiteboard full of scribbled notes and post it notes. I even have one posted up there that i say to myself everyday but yet, still there it hangs…. “Be Obsessed with Success”
Someone mad the observation that even when obama doenst use a teleprompter, he still has to move his head back and forth when speaking. i wonder if he does that at the dinner table. head over to the china cabinet, then head over to the painting (of himself) on the wall.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:20 pm | #8
HA! I love how the same people who support the Teleprompter in Chief suddenly throw a tantrum over Sarah Palin writing notes on her hand.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:21 pm | #9
The left is TERRIFIED.!! It’s hysterical how much they fear Sarah. I love it.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:21 pm | #10
OH MY GOODNESS! I bet people can’t wait to vote for someone so clueless that they need to write down a total of four points on their hand!
Goodness gracious! Mercy! My stars! Land sakes!
Who knew that we had female characters from 19th century novels commenting here. “Chris” is getting the vapors! Dearie me!
February 7th, 2010 | 2:23 pm | #11
I’ve never heard anything from Sarah Palin that would qualify her as a “merchant of hate” — the Huffpo, on the other hand, is very different.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:24 pm | #12
“…the Left is freaking out because Sarah Palin wrote seven words on his hand….”
His hand?
Regardless, while I can think of several reasons to have jotted down those notations, to speak for 40 minutes from the 6, or 7 words, “Energy”, “Tax” and “Lift American Spirits” and what appears to read “Budget cuts” with the word Budget crossed out is quite a feat. If Obama did this, Chris, it would be the first real evidence of his vaunted intellect!
February 7th, 2010 | 2:25 pm | #13
A good strategy is for her to keep guessing and to let the bastards waste their idiocy criticizing her. Even hang around for the primaries. The withdraw so when the same lies and attacks are used on someone else they look as stupid as they are.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:27 pm | #14
Chris,
The voters already voted for someone who tripled the deficit and is still going while spewing something about the last eight years.
Ever notice no one ever actually seems to stand in front of Obama as he plays teleprompter tennis?
Keep on effin that chicken.

it’s comedy to look at some of the comments over yonders at the “im sure they’re Huffington something” post. some opine that she dont know what satire is, when they bash Limbaugh all the time, even tho, it’s chopped full of satire. Amusing to say the least. And i didnt read any of them mention our CommandUh in Chief, i’m sure they’ve heard this clown speak off the cuff before. It’s actually hard to watch, sometimes i feel bad for the dude. HATERS

Almost all public speakers have a standard speech that they give over and over again. They add or edit for different audiences, but the body’s the same.
That’s most likely why her delivery was rushed when she should have paused for applause. It’s why the bits specifically related to the Tea Party seemed freshest. It’s also most likely the reason for her palm notes, to remind her to emphasize those elements of her standard speech rather than others.
As a voter, I don’t care whether a politician uses palm notes or a teleprompter. Those are mere details. Other things matter much more: character, values, worldview, and policies.

Each day brings another full of entertainment; Lefties and MSM beside themselves with fear as they lose control of the message and the people fight back. It is a sight to behold! More popcorn!
February 7th, 2010 | 2:36 pm | #19
It really is funny, the degree to which she frightens them. Even TMZ.com got in on the act today,(on the orders of Arianna, I would bet) actually using the tagline: “Cheaters never prosper”.
And you’re right, I’ll bet Captain Wonderfuls Teleprompter addiction never even entered their minds. Too busy being so darn smart.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:46 pm | #20
From some pictures she was looking at her hand only during the Q and A- Indicating she may have been given the questions they were going to ask before hand. To that I say, Obama has done the same thing, knowing who and what was going to be asked in press conferences, difference being he also had his stock answer up on the teleprompter. Point, Gov. Palin.
That being said, I don’t remember, do those points jive with the questions submitted and picked to be posed to her or not?
If they did, she still did not need her answer flashed on a screen for her to recite, Obama, not so much.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:48 pm | #21
I would rather Obama write 6 words on his hand then have to use a teleprompter in a 6th grade classroom.
That’s just embarassing.
The 6 words covered the points she wanted to make and she was able to cover her points without someone writing her speech and then having it fed to her.

Stubborn and Arrogant
The Trillion Dollar President told flagging Dems at their Party pow-wow yesterday in D.C. that, as the LA Times reports, “trimming goals and postponing hard choices are the wrong approach,” and that “he would press ahead with his healthcare proposal and other pieces of his ambitious agenda.”
President Obama blames lobbyists — apparently taking a page from the Luntz financial reform playbook — for his failure to launch.
“It wasn’t me,” is what the Trillion Dollar President’s excuses sound like. He had a super majority in the U.S. Senate — until he and the other delusionals who will not listen made the Dem base so angry they voted a Republican Senator in from Massachusetts. He did not include the GOP in health care reform, energy reform and financial reform — and he is asserting that his Dem-only approach did not have anything to do with his legislative failures.

3 x 5 cards, standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of note paper, notes jotted on your hand, I see no difference….AND, as a police officer for some 28+ years, I can tell you that jotting a note on your hand is far better than forgetting all together. It’s not only NOT cheating, it’s extremely wise.
Me thinks the libs are digging mighty deep to come up with something – ANYTHING – to try to discredit their #1 adversary. You know she is because of the lengths they go to attack her.
Sarah Palin may not be “presidential material” but I’ll guarantee you she’ll have a helluva lot to say about who wins in ’12….and it won’t be Barack Obama.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:50 pm | #24
“his hand”? Better correct that soon, Jim before the lefties start to question her gender.
February 7th, 2010 | 2:52 pm | #25
wow, im really gonna read the Huff more often, comedy gold. the intellectual dishonesty over there is mind boggling. I guess it’s deemed her
“crib notes”
Ok, we’ll use their logic (scary, i know)
notes on hand = crib notes
telepromter = obamas whole career?
February 7th, 2010 | 3:06 pm | #26
Ha Ha Ha Ha!! You go girl, make them talk to your hand!!! She was great on Fox this morning, I think even better than last night. Chris is kind of a snob and I don’t think he knew what hit him. She was together, soooo right on it was music to my ears. I can’t believe how condescending these guys on Fox are sometimes. She handled it perfect. We love you Sarah!!! Like you said “Obama will not win” period.
February 7th, 2010 | 3:08 pm | #27
She should take that hand and smack Arrianna Huffington upside ‘the head.
…and I suppose that the new buzzword on how to attack Republicans is “the paranoid style.” Is it a coincidence that shortly after the Democrats’ claim that they were going to try to link all conservates to Birthers, Huffington and Bob Shrum started using the term against Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin in less less than a week?
February 7th, 2010 | 3:22 pm | #28
As usual, the Left is all about style rather than substance. Kinda, sorta keeps you from focusing on what she actually said . . . .
“Remember, Grasshopper: The dullest pencil is better than the sharpest memory . . . “
February 7th, 2010 | 3:27 pm | #29
Of course Chris never wrote anything on his skin when taking a test in school and this is why as intelligent as he must be we should also assume that Palin having done this a time or two is no different than Dear Leader almost always using a teleprompter(even with a staff of 10-12). I SMELL DEMOCON DESPERATION!!!
Note to Chris: If ducks had your brains they would fly backwards.
February 7th, 2010 | 3:32 pm | #30
—and I suppose that the new buzzword on how to attack Republicans is “the paranoid style.” I
According to Arriana, its “zee pawanoid stiwe”. And Robert Ailes said “I speak Englsh”.

I am glad to hear they keep going on about Sarah Palin. This will help us immensely in the November elections. Every American will know how unbalanced they are.
February 7th, 2010 | 4:15 pm | #36
I didn’t notice if any of these idiots commented on the act that in their “picture” Sarah is wearing the very ring that they claimed she threw in some lake when she was supposedly divorcing Todd. There are some really sick people allowed to walk free in this country.
February 7th, 2010 | 4:19 pm | #37
Yes. I agree with that.
Let them keep talking and making fools of themselves.
Come November we replace them.
February 7th, 2010 | 4:51 pm | #38
Practically every speaker uses notes. Does it really matter where the notes are written? I watched Sarah Palin’s speech and I never saw her studying her hand, either left nor right. Huffington needs to work on her dialect, it is quite horrible to listen to.
February 7th, 2010 | 5:09 pm | #39
Well, I think those marks are a bear-scare.
February 7th, 2010 | 5:25 pm | #40
It’s not the fact she had notes that is upsetting the left.
It’s the fact that:
*sniff* A person with breeding would never do anything as gauche as actually writing on their hands.*sniff*
(The above statement should be made using a Haavaard accent)
February 7th, 2010 | 6:27 pm | #41
Personally, I would enjoy the discourse should the leftist lemmings who are now whining about seven words on Palin’s palm summon the ‘nads to address how bozo read several sentences of the Irish PM’s speech off the prompter before realizing the order had been reversed on the feed. Not only reading verbatim, but not capable of discerning it was the wrong speech. Verily a towering intellect, that one.
February 7th, 2010 | 6:28 pm | #42
Making and transporting teleprompters leaves a HUGE carbon footprint. I mean, assuming Obama believes that CO2 is a dangerous pollutant, why is he fouling the planet, causing the Maldives to sink, and African nations to die in a fiery holocaust?
February 7th, 2010 | 6:44 pm | #43
This is desperation on the part of the dems.
‘When Democrats Turn.’
Well, everybody’s turning – Congress is at 18/78 approval/disapproval, which makes you wonder about the four percent who can’t make up their minds – but the Democrats have gone from 45% to 30% in a month, which … well, is this not a pretty graph?

@Chris the troll, every time I hear Sarah Palin speak I really do believe that she will make a great President, and will give dignity to the office that has been disgraced by Barry
February 7th, 2010 | 8:58 pm | #48
I just read here and never post. I finally have to say something and then I’ll shut up. I’ve been a Republican for 30 years and I’ve been proud. It’s the part of Lincoln and the party of Reagan.
If this is this best that we have to offer, then the Dems will slaughter us in ’12. My friends say, “oh, she’s just like us!” Well, I don’t want somebody like us. I want somebody smarter, better educated, more experienced. We’ve got Barry now — who didn’t have much experience — and now we want Palin?
I’m sorry people but this is one of those “the Emperor has no clothes” moments. She isn’t ready. She’s charismatic but she will never make it through the debates and we’ll end up looking like fools.

Huffington needs to work on her dialect, it is quite horrible to listen to.
It’s not natural to her. When she was “re-inventing” herself so she could try to hook a rich keeper, she started affecting an accent – and it has stuck with her. She probably doesn’t even remember how to talk in plain English.
She’s just another typical leftist — phony.
February 7th, 2010 | 9:47 pm | #53
Obama doesn’t write on his hand.
He has Bill Ayers write for him.
February 7th, 2010 | 10:43 pm | #54
Hmmmm.
1. Isn’t it funny how every liberal hangs on anything that Palin does? They’re like … fans.
2. What I find vastly amusing is that without the writing on her hand the story would have pretty much died the same day.
But with that writing now not just the story of Sarah Palin but also the Tea Party, basic principles of Energy, Tax Cuts, Lift American Spirits, etc are now being talked about all the time and all over the place.
3. Palin has made millions from her book.
4. Palin has a great contract from FoxNews that not only gives her free airtime anytime she wants but it gives her a free tv studio in her home (!!) and she gets paid for it!
5. Palin can influence millions of people from a *Facebook page!
And Sarah Palin is supposed to be the dummy?
February 7th, 2010 | 11:09 pm | #55
“She should take that hand and smack Arianna Huffington upside ‘the head.” Wouldn’t do a lick of good. AH was a certified nut case when she was pushing for Gov. of Calif. I fail to see how Palin reading crib notes from her palm is preferable and more “presidential” than using a teleprompter. Reading from your palm while being critical of the President’s use of a teleprompter is a pretty poor argument. Since it was a “Tea Party” maybe she should have consulted tea leaves rather than reading her own palm. However, perhaps she thought this was how one used a palm pilot.
